The Series 200 ultra-compact line of switches represents an
integration of 4-pole switching capabilities, high LED lighting

The Series 90 are lighted pushbutton switches designed for
extreme environments. The S90 is sunlight readable and
compatible with night vision goggles. The voltage-dimmed
High Bright White LED version can be used in conjunction with
existing pushbuttons or as a drop-in replacement.

This is a broad product line of individually mounted and multistation matrix mounted sunlight-readable display pushbutton
switches and indicators. Available in 2PDT or 4PDT circuitry,

Series 50 Drip-Proof Display
These drip-proof sealed lighted display pushbutton switches
and indicators are designed for those problem switch
installations that may be exposed to rain, open deck spray,
condensation on panel surfaces, or similar applications in
which moisture many be encountered.

Wear-Resistant Illuminated Panel
Staco Systems is proud to produce the ONLY patented wearresistant illuminated panel on the market.
Our customized Illuminated Panels for industrial, aerospace,
and defence applications are NVIS compatible and made of
extremely durable, wear-resistant material. Using Staco optical
technology, we have developed a polymer that eliminates light
leakage caused by scratching and wear of traditional painted
light plates. These high-quality, sunlight readable panels are
built to perform in any environment.

The hidden annunciation capabilities of the illuminated panel
eliminate excess weight, space and panel depth by removing
the need for additional components.

At a distance of 381–457 mm (15–18 inches), a person
with 20/20 vision cannot see the legend when it is in the

RESULTS
The Staco Systems illuminated panel consistently outperforms

A single unit under test (UUT) was exposed to all four solvents.
The UUT was divided vertically into four equal areas. From left
to right, the sections of the UUT were exposed to the following
solvents per MIL-DTL-7788-H:

applied to the point of the needle was increased to 39 Newtons

NVIS Green A/B compliant keyboards are perfect for military,

Staco Systems’ meanest and toughest keyboards are built
using advanced moulded elastomer technology for serious
environmental protection. Even the built-in touch pad, which
includes both left and right mouse buttons to easily control
a PC in limited-space areas, is completely water-sealed. In
addition, optional, custom designed legends are engraved with
an advanced laser process used to ensure durability.
