StoneCrest Builders is a local company. Our president, Tracy LaMarr, was born in Kennewick
and began working in this industry at age 18 . She founded StoneCrest in 1999. We are committed to being here and taking care of our customers. Tracy is recognized by the National
Association of Home Builders as a Graduate Master Builder and a Certified Green Professional.
Tracy was the first builder in the State of Washington to be accredited as a Graduate Master
Builder in 2003. Tracy leads by example and continues to raise the bar in customer service and
quality of product. She has assembled a team that stands ready to exceed your expectations.

We believe in one point of accountability. We will design the home that meets your
needs and that will fit into your budget as part of our service. We know how much
things cost. We won’t waste your time designing you a home that you cannot afford.

constructed a 2,100 sq. ft. design studio to help aid them with their selection process.
Our facility includes an interactive display area where our customers can easily mix and
match several different combinations of materials to create that perfect combination
which reflects their own style.
