own PROPERTY without any let, denial, hindrance, interruption,
obstruction and eviction by and from the VENDORS or his/her/their
legal heirs, representatives, and/or any other persons claiming
through, under and in the trust of the VENDORS.

That the VENDORS further agree, convenient and give full
assurance to the VENDEE that at the request and cost of the VENDEE,
the VENDORS shall do or cause to be done anything reasonable and
necessary for the purposes of more fully and effectually assigning, selling,
conveying, transferring and giving full and complete effect to the true
intent of these presents.

That the VENDORS hereby delivered and handed over to the
VENDEE all the deeds, documents, papers, receipts and other writings etc
in his/her/their possession/custody relating to the said PROPERTY, its

intent of these presents.

ENDEE all the deeds, documents, papers, receipts and other writings etc

2. TRANSFER ON THE LESSEE'S RIGHTS :

2..1. The lessee will be at liberty, subject to the terms and conditions herein mentioned to
sell, assign, mortgage. or othe \vise transfer his right under this lease, but such transfer
