•Any location in Mankato. Outside the Mankato area is
$1.00 per mile. Location suggestions: Sibley Park, Hubbard
House, Riverfront Park, Minneopa State Park and Seven
Mile Creek.
•The location and the cooperation of everyone will
determine how many groupings can be done within the 60
minutes.

You are welcome to do outfit changes. Please understand
that dressing room time will come off your photo time. No
additional time will be given.

A $20 deposit is due at the time of your photo session and will be credited towards your final order.

•Sitting fee and deposit are due at the time of your session
•Proofs are ready within 90 minutes
•Payment for your package is due when you place your

All proofs and portraits from Quality 1 Hr Foto are
copyrighted and may not be scanned, copied or
reproduced in any way without prior written permission.
Quality 1 Hr Foto also retains ownership of the images
from your portrait session. We reserve the right to use
any images for promotional and advertising proposes,
unless you inform us otherwise in writing.

Preparing for your Portraits
• Props and Hobbies - Your portrait should reflect
your interests and personality. You are welcome
to bring in items that can be used as props to help
personalize your photos.
• Glasses - If you wear eyeglasses, ask your
optometrist to remove the lenses or borrow a pair
of empty frames. If you choose to wear them, please
know that we will do our best to prevent glass glare.
In the event that there is glass glare on your photos,
there may be an additional charge if you would like it
removed.
• Hair - We suggest that you wear your usual hair
style. Haircuts are suggested at least a week before
your session to avoid that “new cut” look.
• Make-up and Blemishes - Using make-up correctly
will considerably enhance your portrait and reduce
the cost of digital retouching. If you do have a
blemish, we are able to retouch the blemish on your
ordered prints. (There may be an additional charge
for the blemish retouch.)
• Clothing and Colors - Choose colors that
compliment you. Pastel or light colors work best on
light backgrounds. Medium to dark colors work best
on dark backgrounds. Avoid bold plaids and stripes,
as they can dominate the portrait. If possible, avoid
sleeveless garments and shorts.

Purchase your photos
colorized for a small fee.
Reshoot Policy
All reshoots must be arranged by your photographer.
A minimum of $20 may be required for reshoot and
must be scheduled within 30 days of the original
session. All original proofs must be returned at the
time of your reshoot.
Cancellation Policy
No shows will be billed the price of the sitting. A
24-hour notice is required to cancel your
appointment without charge.
