house is a genuine work of art and a haven of peace and quiet in
the midst of what generally is a very busy part of the world in
summer.
Recently restored from its past as an 18th-century farmhouse, Villa
233 enjoys its own 6 hectares of Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards, one of
France's most prestigious appellations. Its location is ideal for
exploring this world-famous wine region, as well as the surrounding
historic cities of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Pont du Gard, Uzès,
Orange and Avignon. There are shops just 2 miles away for all your
needs.
Although there are 6 bedrooms, the owner only wishes to rent the
house to parties of up to 8 people to limit wear and tear to this
beautifully decorated house.

On the garden level, there is a long, arched room with large bay windows, housing the beautiful kitchen, dining room and a small living corner.
Just up the steps next to the small reading corner is this beautiful living room with thick stone walls, ideal for those who want to relax out of the hot Mediterranean sun for a bit.
The master bedroom, with its large 180 cm bed, is located at the end of a corridor on the main floor of the house.

Walking down the corridor, the first bedroom is this one, with its 160 cm bed and French windows leading out onto the terrace.
The second bedroom along the corridor is somewhat smaller than the others, with just a 90 cm single bed. This room is perfect for a child or teen, but may also just as well remain
unoccupied as the owner only accepts 8 guests at a time.
Up a small flight of wooden stairs above the main living room, there are two more bedrooms with sloped ceilings, both enjoying the best views of the area. The first one has a 160 cm bed.
The twin beds in the second top-floor room can be pushed together to make a double bed, although this bedroom is best suited for kids because of the sloping ceiling.
