LIVE
AUCTION
1. TTH AM Project: Their Favorite Things Photo Book
Ms. Danielle’s TTH AM class has created a Shutterfly picture book
with pictures of every kid in the class telling us their “favorite things.”
It is so fun to have this moment in their lives captured and to see
what their favorite thing is as a preschooler. Pictures were taken
around the school, which is a fun way to remember different areas of
Creative Play Center.
Estimated Value: $60
2. MWF AM Project: Teepee
There is no better place to grow a child’s imagination than tucked
away inside a secret hideout. While blanket forts are a trusty go-to,
why not up the ante with this personalized teepee? Your child will
be thrilled to create a magical wonderland inside his or her very
own teepee fort emblazoned with their CPC classmates’ handprints,
names, and footprints.
Estimated Value: $100
3. MWF PM Project: Egg Splatter Original Artwork
The kids had a blast channeling their inner abstract artist to create
this one-of-a-kind painting. And what makes it even more unique is
how they got the paint on the canvas. Tiny fragments in the paint
are actually pieces of shell from locally-raised, organic, free-range
chicken eggs! Each artiste took a turn throwing those paint-filled
eggs at the canvas- and the result is amazing. The painting is also
adorned with the name of each child from this year’s class, so you’ll
be sure to never forget what has been an awesome year.
Estimated Value: $100 - priceless

4. Pre-K Project: Hand-made Quilt
Each of the Pre-K children used their precious hands to create
handprint “hearts” on quilting squares. The squares were then
lovingly and painstakingly quilted together by our resident Pre-K
quilting expert, Teri Keyser. The purchase of this quilt will provide you
with a one-of-a-kind memento of your child’s preschool class, but
also a representation of the kid’s’ age and size, as provided by their
hand prints and lettered names. Plus you get a quilt, which is not just
cute, but useful too!
Estimated Value: $150
5. JK Project: “When I Grow Up...” Graphic Design Poster
Inspired by Ms. Kris’ Career Week and designed by Career Week
participant / presenter Dickson A. Keyser, this poster immortalizes
your child’s current vision of their future career. A classically modern
design, utilizing Helvetica font, ensuring visual style in your home /
garage for years to come. This poster has been printed on quality
paper and printed with archival inks so when your little bugger
graduates from college, it will make a great gift for them. A clean
and modern frame has been selected to accent the modern graphic
design. The poster has been signed by the Designer which of course
brings virtually no additional value but makes it legit!

10. Fund in Need: Financial Assistance
Financial hardship can happen to anyone. How tragic it would be if
your family needed to drop out of CPC due to job loss or the family
drowning in unexpected hospital bills. Currently, our scholarship and
financial aid fund is zero. That means that right now, we as a school
are not able to help that hurting family. Creative Play is a close knit
community that many people say, “feels like family.” Let’s all support
this important fund to provide a way for our brothers and sisters in
financial distress, that they could continue being a part of Creative
Play Center during hard times.
