TIPS TO GUARANTEE FUN & SAFETY
• Identification with proof of age (passport) is required for each child and must be presented upon
entry to the facility during the first time.
• Activities are adapted for each age group. If siblings request to be together, the older sibling may join
the younger age group.
• Younger guests must be potty trained and diaper/pull-up free. Children must be checked in and out by
a parent, legal guardian or designee.
• Due to safety and liability concerns, the Atlantis Kids Club staff cannot administer medication.
• It is required to share all medical and developmental conditions when registering for an adventure.
• Each child should be equipped with a hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, change of clothes and other items you
deem necessary, as they are not provided by Atlantis Kids Club.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• The resort is not responsible for any valuables left with children.
• Atlantis Kids Club staff will not take disciplinary action other than a time out.
• Repeated disruptive behavior will be brought to the parent’s attention and may result in exclusion
from future participation.
• Activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions and other factors.
• An additional fee may apply due to the absence of parents beyond normal operation hours. In this
event, Atlantis Kids Club is authorised to take any measures necessary for the child’s well-being.
• Tours are available daily, so please check your daily Atlantean for activities schedule.
