Allianz Real Estate
Allianz Real Estate is the strategic center of real estate expertise within the Allianz Group and a leading
international real estate investment and asset manager.
Allianz Real Estate develops and executes tailored portfolio and
investment strategies worldwide on behalf of the Allianz companies,
including direct and indirect investments. In addition, Allianz Real
Estate is mandated to acquire and manage long-term fixed-rate
commercial mortgage loans in Germany, France and the USA on
behalf of Allianz entities.
The operational management of direct, indirect and debt investments
is performed in six international Allianz Real Estate subsidiaries and
hubs in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the USA and Singapore.
The headquarters of Allianz Real Estate are located in Munich and
Paris.

As part of the buy-manage-sell philosophy, Allianz Real Estate focuses
on new acquisitions and creating value through the asset management process. The intention of Allianz is to increase its total volume
of real estate debt and equity investments from the current approx.
$37 billion to about $50 billion over the next several years. The objective is to develop and manage a globally diversified portfolio.

Allianz Group insurance companies, makes equity investments and
provides commercial mortgage loans in the U.S. market.
Allianz Real Estate of America is the U.S. Hub for the global

behalf of the Allianz Group insurance companies to make
real estate equity investments and commercial mortgage
loans.
