Preregistration is strongly recommended. Registration at the door is $375. This program is certified by the Kentucky Bar Association for 7 hours of CLE credit, including 0 Ethics hours. Other “60 minute states,” such as Indiana and Tennessee, should qualify as well. “50 minute states,” such as West Virginia, should qualify this program for 8.3 hours of CLE credit, including 0 hours of Ethics credit. Cancellations, refunds & Substitutions Upon cancellation, a full refund of tuition (less $50 administrative charge) will be given up to 4:30 p.m. EST, October 18, 2016. Registrants who cancel may still request course materials. If requested, course materials will be mailed after the seminar and the cost will be deducted from any refund. No refunds are available for cancellations after the deadline; however, course materials will be mailed after the seminar in full consideration for tuition paid. Registrations are transferable and substitution of registrants may be made any time before the seminar begins. Conference Location & Accommodations The seminar will be held at the The Campbell House, located at 1375 South Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. Rooms for conference participants have been blocked at the hotel for the night of October 19, 2016. Rooms will be held until September 19, 2016, or until sold out, at the rate of $129 per night.
