I LOVE THIS BOAT is a fully equipped 145’ Christensen Motor Yacht with several custom features and upgrades that have become a trademark of the Christensen yacht
family. Her signature interior by Paola D. Smith & Associates features an exquisite
combination of woods, fabrics, stones, glass, and carpet that showcases the owner’s
preference for the unique and exciting. Stepping aboard via the aft deck, one is quickly
drawn to the tasteful art deco styling that is featured in the main salon and throughout
the interior, creating a setting that is inviting, comfortable and elegant. Her spacious
accommodations allow for up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms including an on-deck master

THE GALLEY features light-tone marble and neutral creme
cabinetry done in a tasteful country-French style decor. The
custom hood above the stove features a custom light blue
“under the sea” tile design.
THE SKYLOUNGE features shimmering overheads with reflective zodiac symbols. A fully equipped bar with remarkable
etched glass detail, mirrored crystal storage shelves, and four
large seats creates the perfect ambiance for an evening cocktail with friends. Further aft, the entertainment center with
surround-sound
cinema and a 50” plasma TV is the perfect
setting for movies, sports or relaxing with a book.

The Sun Deck features a huge sunbed with a 10-person Jacuzzi. Under the arch is
a wet bar with marble counter top and six barstools, and features a petite sorbet
machine for constant frozen beverage service. Aft of the bar is a stainless steel
gas grill, and further aft is storage for one of the yacht’s tenders and two PWC.
The Swim Platform Beach Club features an enormous space ideal for chaise lounge
chairs or as a base for water sports activities. Launch a kayak, paddleboard, or hop
on a PWC for exploring the islands. And with a first-class SCUBA center and dive
compressor capable of four tank fills, certified divers can enter the water straight
off the back of the yacht. Two canvas sails can be raised for shade on hot, sunny
days.
