Our dedicated customer services representatives and 24/7 AOG services can quickly meet client demand, and, with our growing list of stocked items, many spare components are available to ship immediately. We support the Part 21 spares production of our genuine ZACI parts by having a production line and warehouse dedicated to spares orders, separate from program production. This allows us to focus our attention and schedule to meet our customers’ needs for spares.The Many spare components are available to ship immediately. team includes CSRs (customer service representatives), spares buyers, quality and inspection specialists, and a production team consisting of master builders and schedulers who are dedicated solely to spares orders. Our goals include a 95% fill-rate (on time delivery) and firstpass quality. The advantages of our PMA parts include lower cost, improved reliability and decreased lead time. Our long history as an OEM interiors supplier, repair station and spares distributor has allowed us to identify the key areas that account for a large percentage of removals. Identifying these areas has allowed us to focus on producing the PMA parts you need the most, such as aircraft lavatories, galleys, overhead bins, sidewalls, and other interior components. Our engineering department uses state-of-the-art equipment for measurement, design, analysis and product development, allowing us to redesign parts that last longer and perform better than the OEM part that it replaces. Working closely with our customers and our repair station, we identify the failure modes of each OEM part that we PMA to ensure that our design addresses any deficiencies found in the original part. Technical and engineering assistance At ZACI, our Technical Publications team is dedicated to supporting our customers, by producing the highest quality maintenance documentation. These publications allow our customers to easily maintain and understand their purchase items. From the illustrations, to the page layout, to the technical writing, the material is authored in a way that is easy to understand. Our publications are written for both the airlines and aircraft OEMs alike, with the different requirements for how the publications should be compiled and formatted taken into account. In addition, clients who would like to consolidate and uniformly format supplemental manuals from different suppliers are able to hire our Technical Publications team. Supplemental documentation that we typically supply include: Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPCs) Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs) Wire Diagram Manuals (WDMs) System Schematic Manuals (SSMs) Flammability laboratory ZACI operates a full-service flammability laboratory on-site, in a modern environmentally controlled work area. Our technicians and equipment support the most stringent test requirements, and all technicians are highly trained and an FAA DER (Designated Engineering Representative) is available to support certification testing. In addition to utilizing the laboratory to validate the materials we use in our own products, the Flammability Lab is available to the aerospace industry as well. Flammability test activities within the lab are FAA approved, and the data produced during testing is used in FAA Type Certification projects.
