Materials
Spunbond: Standard fabric for basic protective
apparel. Bonded fibers form a single layer of
breathable, woven-like material. Economical
and comfortable.
SMS: Consists of meltblown polypropylene
between layers of spunbond polypropylene.
It is strong and breathable providing a blend
of protection and comfort. Appropriate for
low to moderate fluid contact.

For use in fluid-intensive conditions, Cardinal Health™ Critical Zone® and FullGuard® Shoe
Covers are made of durable polypropylene fabric that meets ASTM F1670 and ASTM F1671.
Patented separate elastic band at the ankle minimizes the chance of fluid strike-through by
eliminating pinholes caused by stitched-in elastic. Bound elastic seams at the foot reinforce
fluid protection and adjust for a customized fit. Foam strips provide anti-skid protection and
assist in donning orientation. Cardinal Health™ Critical Zone® Shoe Covers offer protection
in the shoe area, while Cardinal Health™ FullGuard® Shoe Covers provide fluid-intensive
protection throughout.
