The 8th Annual Convention of the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-INDIA) takes place on 13-14 August 2016 at New Delhi, India. The
event will be a congregation of the who's who from realty and real estate industry. NAR-INDIA promises to be the biggest realty convention in India
with industry leaders and realty experts from India and across the world.
The theme “Today Towards Tomorrow” highlights the event's focus on technology updates and knowledge sharing, as well as the development and
sustainability of smart cities, both in India and abroad.
About NAR-INDIA
The National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-INDIA) was established seven years ago as the apex national level organization of real estate
brokers, representing professionals across the length and breadth of the country. NAR-INDIA aims to elevate the standards of practice of the real
estate brokerage business to a global level where ethics, transparency, accountability, rule of law and good governance prevail. The objectives of
NAR-INDIA are to streamline and promote the profession of real estate brokerage in India.
Today, spread across 28 member associations in India with an overall reach of over 20,000 brokers, NAR-INDIA is firmly acknowledged as the
credible voice of realtors in India. NAR-INDIA strongly believes in the strength of relationships and continues to maintain international affiliation
with IRPF, NAR Global, ICREA, FIABCI, MIPIM, FINAIM, IEA, AMPI, AEGI and AREAA. At the national level NAR-INDIA has signed bilateral agreements
with CREDAI National, NAREDCO, NICMAR and IIRE and continues to maintain its relationship with the National Housing Bank (NHB) - the country's
housing finance regulator under the Reserve Bank of India, Government of India.
About APP Delhi NCR
The Association of Property Professionals, Delhi NCR (APP Delhi NCR) is a non-profit society registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of
1860, in November 2008. The association is one of the Delhi Chapters of NAR-INDIA. The chief aim of the APP Delhi NCR is to professionalize the real
estate brokerage environment in Delhi and the National Capital Region in such a way so as to achieve transparency, accountability, fair dealing,
professional conduct, ethical practices and overall good governance. APP Delhi NCR is the credible, common voice of real estate professionals in
Delhi NCR.
Over the last five years, the APP Delhi NCR has organised lectures, training workshops, networking events and committees to assist women
professionals, legal compliance, Government interaction and technology application.
