Personal Training
in the Pool
Discover the Difference that
Water Training Makes!
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING IN THE POOL
Whether you are looking to improve your cardiovascular endurance
or rehabilitate a chronic source of pain, working out in the water is
the answer. Making aquatic exercise part of your training program
allows you to work longer in your training zone and use more fat as
a fuel source.
Water’s buoyancy helps release you from the forces of gravity
and lets your body move in ways that it could not move on land.
Participants will enjoy the versatile workouts in the water –
swimming knowledge is not required!
Take advantage of these Small Group Personal Training in the
Pool Sessions and get a program that includes both resistance
and aerobic training while reducing direct impact on the joints.(3
person minimum-5 person maximum per session). All sessions are
50 minutes.

Physical activity is something
people with multiple sclerosis
(MS) can do to improve their
overall health and well-being.
Studies show that moderate
aerobic exercise can improve
cardiac health, stamina, and
mood, and may help manage
symptoms like fatigue, and
weakness. Stretching exercises
can relieve stiffness and may
improve flexibility and mobility.
JCC MetroWest in partnership with
the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will offer a
series of group water exercise classes this fall for
people with multiple sclerosis.
For more information or to register please contact
Aubrey Donovan
732-508-4430 or [email protected]

PARENT/CAREGIVER
The Picasso class introduces our youngest
artists to an exciting variety of sensory
experiences. It may be their first time
painting at an easel, squeezing out glue to
create a collage, and playing in a box full of
colored rice or shredded paper. Children play
and experiment as they rotate through five
activity stations, which change each week!
This stimulating class takes kids on an
artistic journey through the wonderful world
of literature. Each week we will read a story
together, paying special attnetion to the
illustrations. The children will then create art
inspired by the plot and/or illustrations.
