collection of sound programs which
offers emulations of the legendary
analog & digital synthesizers e.g.
Arp™,
Moog™,
Oberheim™,
Prophet™, PPG™, Yamaha™ DX/TX,
etc. This soundware collection contains
warm and sharp analog sweeps,
experimental and “ice-cold” digital
pads, synth basses, mono and poly
leads, sequencer programs, filtered
and specially modulated noises and
synth effects.
The K:Works collections are available
as “EX” versions for expanded Kurzweil
K2600, K2500 and K2000 synthesizers
(with optional ROM boards installed)
and “LE” versions for non expanded
instruments.
The K:Works collections for Kurzweil
K2661 synthesizers are virtually
identical to K:Works “EX” for Kurzweil
K2600 series, however, the text
information in the sound banks and the
technical documentation is different.
Since the Kurzweil K2661 series
already includes the expansion ROM
boards factory installed, the K:Works
soundware collections for Kurzweil
K2661 do not contain “LE” versions.
