UPGRADING OF REGIONAL STANDARDS AND TESTING LABS
• Provide testing and calibration services to industries, researchers, and other customers in the regions
• Provide physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of various materials and products as well as calibration of measuring instruments
• Facilities are upgraded to expand the scope of services and sustain the delivery of relevant, timely and quality services to priority industries for them to comply with local and international mandatory requirements

ISO QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPPORT • To establish, implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in all DOST Research and Development Institutes, Regional Offices, Sectoral Councils, and the Central DOST
