Guys, just be patient with me on this. I may have jumped the gun already so I apologize in advance for that.
When I got the first hint/com from an ex colleague they gave me the impression more details/info would be
forthcoming and soon. It's now been two days and nothing from that specific contact. There's info from other
contacts but at the moment I don't know if they are related. If they turn out to be related then there is a definite
buildup/prep for a release of info to the public for whatever reason or agenda by RRR. (Usually to test/study
and even prepare public reaction and insight)

Shit guys, two different lines of info/events originating from the same area. (The Waterberg underground bases
complex is like the South African version of Norad for lack of a better description, but you get the idea)
1) I think they've tracked and found the MH370's crash site.(I doubt if it is in Waterberg area, highly unlikely
but you never know, they mostly track every plane taking off or flying into the southern hemisphere 24/7so they
probably found it somewhere else)
2) Word is they found a "a live one" and a Sektor Nege evacuation order was given. (not sure if this "live one"
is a MH370 survivor or pertaining to something else they got down there in the base structure itself. There are
ancient structures and tunnels thousands of feet deep)

The reference to "live one" could in retrospect have been that a next mh370 was in the making for a possible
switch and bait routine.
I wont be surprised if they release info in MSM very shortly that they have found mh370 crash site
just my speculation at the moment though

Hacker group Anonymous have released a video and a statement via Twitter condemning the attacks on
Charlie Hebdo, in which 12 people, including eight journalists, were murdered.
The video description says that it is “a message for al-Qaeda, the Islamic State and other terrorists”, and was
uploaded to the group’s Belgian account.
In the clip, a figure wearing the group’s symbolic Guy Fawkes mask is seated in front of a desk with the
hashtag #OpCharlieHebdo – which stands for Operation Charlie Hebdo – featured on screen.
The figure, whose voice is obscured says: “We are declaring war against you, the terrorists.”

I just want to clarify something here.
People need to make a distinction between a Hoax and a False Flag.
A False Flag is an event that actually really happened, whether it was scripted by third parties in accordance
with a planned agenda etc it still happened, people really died. So this is still very tragic indeed. The real
reason for it happening is the "fake" bit.
I see a lot of people get confused with this. When someone tells them its a false flag they answer with " yeah go
tell the grieving families that" etc, they totally missing the point and think people are lunatics for saying it.
A Hoax on the other hand is a fake event being presented as real, it's staged and didn't happen at all, made up
in a TV studio etc
Unfortunately TPTB like to combine Real with Hoax/fake to enhance the meme that they want to send out to
the public. (they never waste an opportunity)
It's a thin line.

That's not the cop that was executed, probably some egotistical cop taking a selfie/advantage of the situation to
impress a girlfriend. Never forget the silly human factor in this.

Waging it isn’t new. Enemies are needed. When none exist they’re invented.
Reagan denounced the “evil scourge of terrorism.” Specifically state-sponsored international terrorism. The
“plague of the modern age,” he said.
His Secretary of State George Schultz called it “modern barbarism. (A) form of political violence. (A) threat to
Western civilization. (A) menace to Western moral values.”
GW Bush declared war on terrorism. To “rid the world of evildoers. (N)ot let evil stand.”
Orwell said political rhetoric defends the indefensible. So-called wars on terrorism are wars of terrorism. Statesponsored. Against designated individuals, groups or nations.
The late Howard Zinn asked “(h)ow can you make war on terrorism if war is terrorism.” Governments are the
greatest terrorist threats.
US Code defines terrorism as activities involving:
(A) “violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or
of any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of
any State;”
(B) are intended to (i) “intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
© occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States….”
The US Army Operational Concept for Terrorism (TRADOC Pamphlet No. 525-37, 1984) calls it “the
calculated use of violence or threat of violence to attain goals that are political, religious, or ideological in
nature…through intimidation, coercion, or instilling fear.”
Political terrorism is worst of all. State-sponsored. Including premeditated wars of aggression. Direct and proxy.
Compromised civil liberties. Gross human rights abuses. Committing violent or other extrajudicial acts to
advance a political agenda.
Claiming national security concerns. Promoting democracy. America’s most dangerous export.
Calling aggressive wars self-defense. Good v. evil. America arrogates to itself the right to be the world’s sheriff,
judge and hangman.
Its sole decider. Publicly supporting right over wrong. Spurning fundamental rule of law principles. Its rules
alone apply. Justifying the unjustifiable.
In his book titled “America’s War on Terrorism,” Michel Chossudovsky calls it a complete fabrication.
“(B)ased on the illusion that one man, Osama bin Laden, outwitted” America’s entire intelligence
establishment.
Waging war on terrorism is a pretext for permanent New World Order wars of conquest. Carving up whole
continents for profit and dominance.
Serving monied interests. At the expense of popular ones. Using America’s resources for unchallenged US
hegemony. No matter the human cost.
Fictitious enemies are created. Wars on terrorism follow. At home and abroad. Especially post-9/11.
What Project for a New American Century (PNAC) neocons called a “catastrophic and catalyzing event…like a
new Pearl Harbor” was needed to advance US hegemonic aims.
Changing rules of engagement. From rule of law observance to anything goes. America declared war on Islam.
Muslims are targets of choice. Terrorism is what they do. Not us. Nazis claimed they were protecting
populations from terrorists directed from abroad.
Imperial Japan targeted “Chinese bandits.” Claiming an agenda to create an “earthly paradise.”
Reagan ignored the International Court of Justice’s (ICJ) June 1986 condemnation of ”unlawful (US) use of
force.” As well as Security Council resolutions calling on nations to observe international law.
Vetoed by Washington. General Assembly ones affirming the same principles ignored.
Congress significantly increased funding for US-backed Central American death squads. Engaged in “the
unlawful use of force.”
At the time, State Department legal advisor Abraham Sofaer explained why America is entitled to disregard
World Court rulings.
Saying when most states oppose Washington’s agenda, we “reserve to ourselves the power to determine” how
we’ll act.
Policies pursued fall “within the domestic jurisdiction of the United States, as determined (solely) by the United
States.”
Washington’s war on terror creates what it claims to oppose. At home and abroad. On an unprecedented scale.
Supported by rogue Western partners. Israel. Other extremist states. Allied against freedom. Making the world
safe for monied interests.
At the expense of millions of lost lives. Unspeakable human misery. Unlimited wealth, power and privilege.
Genocide is a small price to pay.
America’s human rights record is far and away the world’s worst. Truman administration diplomat George
Kennan was Wshington’s leading Cold War architect.
He advised on “dispen(sing) with all sentimentality and daydreaming…”
Urged focusing solely on “national objectives…(D)ispensing with the aspiration to ‘be liked’ or to be regarded
as the repository of high-minded international altruism.”
“We should (stop talking about) unreal objectives such as human rights, the raising of the living standards, and
democratization.”
“The day is not far off when we are going to have to deal in straight power concepts.”
“The less we are hampered by idealistic slogans (ideas and practices), the better.”
Ravaging one nation after another followed. Multiple direct and proxy wars. Homeland ones against freedom.
Militarized madness and then some. Heading things perhaps for armageddon. America, other Western states and
Israel are more battlegrounds than homelands.
Anyone can be arrested, charged, prosecuted and imprisoned. On spurious terrorism charges.
Others or none at all. Held indefinitely. Designated state enemies have no rights. Police states operate this way.
Democracy is pure fantasy. Existing in name only. Raw power rules. Challengers risk persecution,
imprisonment or death.
Thousands of political prisoners languish in America’s gulag. The world’s largest by far. Israel operates the
same way. So do other Western nations.
After retiring from public life, George Kennan softened his views. On the Progressive Radio News Hour, Stop
NATO’s Rick Rozoff explained.
Citing a line from Goethe. Warning about being destroyed by monsters of our own creation.
In his 1978 Harvard commencement address, Alexander Solzhenitsyn attacked Kennan. For refusing to apply
moral values to politics.
Saying “we mix good and evil, right and wrong, and make space for the absolute triumph of absolved evil in the
world.”
In a post-9/11 world, what would Solzhenitsyn say now? Fascism dominates Western and Israeli policy.
Masquerading as democracy.
Terrorists R us. Kennan believed people can’t be trusted to do the right thing. Their nature dictates otherwise.
We need to be realists, he said. Because we’re not moralists. John Adams once said: “Power always thinks it
has a great soul.”
US policymakers believe they deserve it. In retirement, Kennan said the “tendency to see ourselves as the center
of political enlightenment and as teachers to a great part of the rest of the world strikes me as unthoughtthrough, vainglorious and undesirable.”
He lived to age 101. Remained intellectually alert to the end. Dying in March 2005. Opposed war in Vietnam.
Clinton’s Balkan wars. The rape of Yugoslavia. At age 98, he warned of unforeseen consequences of war on
Iraq. Saying it bore no relation to fighting terrorism.
What he said about Iraq applies broadly. Warning “(a)nyone who has ever studied the history of American
diplomacy, especially military diplomacy, knows that you might start in a war with certain things on your mind
as a purpose of what you are doing, but in the end, you found yourself fighting for entirely different things that
you had never thought of before…”
“In other words, war has a momentum of its own, and it carries you away from all thoughtful intentions when
you get into it.”
“Today, if we went into Iraq, like the president would like us to do, you know where you begin. You never
know where you are going to end.”
Kennan expressed fears about worsening US/Russian relations. Called NATO enlargement a “strategic blunder
of potentially epic proportions.”
Warned against exporting US policies. Argued against subordinating other states to an international juridical
regime.
Advocated for balanced power globally. The best way to protect America’s security, he believed.
Historian Wilson Miscamble said “(o)ne can only hope that present and future makers of foreign policy might
share something of his integrity and intelligence.”
Not in America. Other Western societies. Israel. Hardline extremism rules. Phony war on terrorism persists.
Last week’s Paris killings are its latest manifestation. Expect more incidents like it ahead. Wall Street Journal
editors warned of “the next Islamic rampage.”
A “new offensive by homegrown jihadists carrying European or US passports…(I)nspired by al Qaeda or
Islamic State.”
Journal editors urged “more aggressive interventions…” Against anyone “show(iing) signs of embracing jihad.”
Perhaps they mean all-out war. Ignoring the world’s greatest threat. US-state-sponsored terrorism. Possible
nuclear war.
In October, FBI director James Comey warned of radicalized Islamists planning attacks on US soil.
Saying they’re “looking to do it very, very soon. (W)e know they’re serious people bent on destruction.”
In his book titled “The Terror Factory: Inside the FBI’s Manufactured War on Terror,” Trevor Aaronson
chronicled so-called terrorist incidents in America over the last decade. Saying one common theme defines
them.
“The organization responsible for more terrorist plots over the last decade than any other is the FBI.”
“Through elaborate and expensive sting operations, involving informants and undercover agents posing as
terrorists, the FBI has arrested and the Justice dept. has prosecuted dozens of men government officials say
posed direct – but by no means credible or immediate – threats to the United States.”
Terror plots are invented. Innocent patsies used advantageously.
Part of America’s fear-mongering campaign. Manipulating public opinion. Supported by scoundrel media
misinformation.
Big Lies. Getting people to believe nonexistent terrorists threaten their security. Implementing repressive
policies. Eviscerating civil liberties. Waging phony wars on terrorism.
According to Aaronson:
“(G)overnment-described terrorists were able to carry forward their potentially lethal plots only because FBI
agents and informants provided them with all the means…”
“(I)n most cases delivering weapons and equipment…(I)n some cases even paying rent and doling out…
spending money to keep the suspects on the hook.”
“In cities around the country where terrorism stings have taken place, (key is whether) the FBI catch(es)
terrorists or create(s) them.”
Terrorists R us defines US policy. Expect more false flag “terrorist” plots to follow Paris killings.
In European countries. America. Israel. Elsewhere. Expect Washington to be centrally involved.
Complicit with its rogue partners. At what this writer calls the most perilous time in world history.
US hegemonic plans may destroy planetary life. Lunatics infesting Washington, European capitals and Israel
make the unthinkable possible.

On 1/9/2015, Panasonic announced they are going to reuse Fukushima factory as vegetable plant.
The Fukushima factory used to manufacture digital camera. Having the sales of digital camera rapidly drop,
Panasonic decided to be subsidized by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to support “restoration” of
Fukushima by reusing the factory as vegetable plant.
Panasonic states they can make the best of their technology on manufacturing the digital devices such as
lighting and air-conditioning for the efficient cultivation of vegetable.
At this moment they grow lettuce not taking over 6 weeks from sprouting to harvesting. They plan to produce
highly modified plants such as low potassium lettuce for kidney disease.
Radioactive contamination is never mentioned in the announcement of Panasonic. It is not known what kind of
radiation test will be applied to.

Martin Pistorious fell into a mysterious coma when he was a vibrant 12-year-old boy in the 1980s.
He found himself locked inside his own body – unable to speak, make eye contact or even move his own limbs.
Martin’s doctors told his parents, Rodney and Joan Pistorious, that the boy had cryptococci meningitis.
They said Martin should be taken home to die in peace. But Martin would live 12 years in that vegetative state.
Joan said, “Martin just kept going, just kept going.”
According to NPR, Martin’s father would wake up every day at 5 a.m., dress the boy, put him in the car and
drive him to a special care center.
“Eight hours later, I’d pick him up, bathe him, feed him, put him in bed, set my alarm for two hours so that I’d
wake up to turn him so that he didn’t get bedsores,” Rodney recalled.
And during those 12 years, according to the Pistorious family, there was never any indication that Martin’s
condition was improving.
One day, Joan, in a state of hopelessness, told her son, “I hope you die.” She never imagined that Martin
would have understood those dreadful words.But by the time he was 14 or 15 years old, Martin began to
awaken.
“Yes, I was there, not from the very beginning, but about two years into my vegetative state, I began to wake
up,” Martin recalls. “I was aware of everything, just like any normal person. Everyone was so used to me not
being there that they didn’t notice when I began to be present again. The stark reality hit me that I was going to
spend the rest of my life like that – totally alone.”
Martin had even heard his mother’s cruel words.
“You don’t really think about anything,” he said. “You simply exist. It’s a very dark place to find yourself
because, in a sense, you are allowing yourself to vanish.”
Martin added, “As time passed, I gradually learned to understand my mother’s desperation. Every time she
looked at me, she could see only a cruel parody of the once-healthy child she had loved so much.”
At the care center every day, Martin’s caregivers played “Barney” reruns. They too believed he was a vegetable.
He said, “I cannot even express to you how much I hated Barney.”
Now Martin, 39, is in full control of his body. He’s married and lives a normal life in Harlow, England.
In his book “Ghost Boy,” he writes, “My mind was trapped inside a useless body, my arms and legs weren’t
mine to control and my voice was mute. I couldn’t make a sign or sounds to let anyone know I’d become aware
again. I was invisible – the ghost boy.”

It appears that the EU is both vulnerable and sought after - economically and geopolitically.
Russia is making no bones about an open proposal to the EU. Essentially, dump the U.S. - don't join the
Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), but join the Eurasian Economic Union, which went into
effect January 1st. It's a call to join other members at the "cool table" - a promise of a better trading table.
Western sanctions led Russia to ban food imports from the West. Russia has consistently rejected GMOs and
went even further to tighten GMO sanctions. Is it any wonder why they have a valid card to use sway with the
EU? Meanwhile, the EU can ostensibly continue keeping its patrons happy with consumer freedom regarding
GMOs (yet is has been heavily tempted to give that power right back to GE corporate interests). If the EU
chooses America, then that means the import of GE foods. They are straddling some fences.
Russia has multiple ploys to "close the deal" with the E.U. One is to show them their bleak economic outlook.
But another, no less, is to point to the bleak American food supply, even the non-GMO parts.

A former CNN intern has posted what he says is a "never-before-seen video the last living CNN employee will
be required to play" if the world was to end.
Michael Ballaban, who was an intern at CNN back in 2009, said he uncovered the video on CNN's MIRA
archiving system under the name "TURNER DOOMSDAY VIDEO" - after a tip-off from his college professor
who previously worked for the 24-hour news network.
Last night, he uploaded the clip along with a post on the Jalopnik blog.
The video shows an unassuming military band playing Nearer, My God, to Thee before fading to black presumably as the world meets its unfortunate demise.
Perhaps it comes as less of a shock for those who have long speculated about the existence of such a video.

I apologize for it being a bit blurry as I took it from behind a window at the airport.

announced that the teeth of shelled, aquatic creatures called limpets are the strongest biological material on
Earth, overtaking the previous record-holder, spider silk.
The teeth, which are so small they must be examined with a microscope, are composed of very thin, tightlypacked fibers containing a hard mineral called goethite. Limpets use them to scrape food off of rocks, but lead
author Asa Barber said humans can adapt the technology to build better planes, boats and dental fillings.

into the hive. When I opened the lid my suspicions were confirmed. The bees weren’t happy about being
disturbed. I pulled the sleeve over my gloveless hand, blew some more smoke into the hive and pulled some
nice frames of honey out.
The hive was packed with bees and it was near impossible to get the honey out without squashing lots of them.
I really don’t like squashing bees! The bees became grumpier and started to sting me through my bee suit.
They weren't happy. I put the hive back together, squashing more bees as the lid went on and ended up running
away across the field thinking…there has to be a better way! So my Dad and I set to work on a decade long
task of inventing the beekeepers dream.
We are so happy to say, now you can harvest the honey with little disturbance to the bees. It's a dream come
true for us and we are actually quite surprised ourselves at just how well our Flow frames work. A bit like
turning a tap…the honey drains right out of the hive. Much easier for the beekeeper, and much less stress for
the bees.

The trustworthiness of a web page might help it rise up Google's rankings if the search giant starts to measure
quality by facts, not just links
THE internet is stuffed with garbage. Anti-vaccination websites make the front page of Google, and fact-free
"news" stories spread like wildfire. Google has devised a fix – rank websites according to their truthfulness.
Google's search engine currently uses the number of incoming links to a web page as a proxy for quality,
determining where it appears in search results. So pages that many other sites link to are ranked higher. This
system has brought us the search engine as we know it today, but the downside is that websites full of
misinformation can rise up the rankings, if enough people link to them.
A Google research team is adapting that model to measure the trustworthiness of a page, rather than its
reputation across the web. Instead of counting incoming links, the system – which is not yet live – counts the
number of incorrect facts within a page. "A source that has few false facts is considered to be trustworthy," says
the team (arxiv.org/abs/1502.03519v1). The score they compute for each page is its Knowledge-Based Trust
score.
The software works by tapping into the Knowledge Vault, the vast store of facts that Google has pulled off the
internet. Facts the web unanimously agrees on are considered a reasonable proxy for truth. Web pages that
contain contradictory information are bumped down the rankings.
There are already lots of apps that try to help internet users unearth the truth. LazyTruth is a browser extension
that skims inboxes to weed out the fake or hoax emails that do the rounds. Emergent, a project from the Tow
Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia University, New York, pulls in rumours from trashy sites, then
verifies or rebuts them by cross-referencing to other sources.
LazyTruth developer Matt Stempeck, now the director of civic media at Microsoft New York, wants to develop
software that exports the knowledge found in fact-checking services such as Snopes, PolitiFact and
FactCheck.org so that everyone has easy access to them. He says tools like LazyTruth are useful online, but
challenging the erroneous beliefs underpinning that information is harder. "How do you correct people's
misconceptions? People get very defensive," Stempeck says. "If they're searching for the answer on Google
they might be in a much more receptive state."

The search giant is automatically building Knowledge Vault, a massive database that could give us
unprecedented access to the world's facts
GOOGLE is building the largest store of knowledge in human history – and it's doing so without any human
help.
Instead, Knowledge Vault autonomously gathers and merges information from across the web into a single base
of facts about the world, and the people and objects in it.
The breadth and accuracy of this gathered knowledge is already becoming the foundation of systems that allow
robots and smartphones to understand what people ask them. It promises to let Google answer questions like an
oracle rather than a search engine, and even to turn a new lens on human history.
Knowledge Vault is a type of "knowledge base" – a system that stores information so that machines as well as
people can read it. Where a database deals with numbers, a knowledge base deals with facts. When you type
"Where was Madonna born" into Google, for example, the place given is pulled from Google's existing
knowledge base.
This existing base, called Knowledge Graph, relies on crowdsourcing to expand its information. But the firm
noticed that growth was stalling; humans could only take it so far.
So Google decided it needed to automate the process. It started building the Vault by using an algorithm to
automatically pull in information from all over the web, using machine learning to turn the raw data into usable
pieces of knowledge.
Knowledge Vault has pulled in 1.6 billion facts to date. Of these, 271 million are rated as "confident facts", to
which Google's model ascribes a more than 90 per cent chance of being true. It does this by cross-referencing
new facts with what it already knows.
"It's a hugely impressive thing that they are pulling off," says Fabian Suchanek, a data scientist at Télécom
ParisTech in France.
Google's Knowledge Graph is currently bigger than the Knowledge Vault, but it only includes manually
integrated sources such as the CIA Factbook.
Knowledge Vault offers Google fast, automatic expansion of its knowledge – and it's only going to get bigger.
As well as the ability to analyse text on a webpage for facts to feed its knowledge base, Google can also peer
under the surface of the web, hunting for hidden sources of data such as the figures that feed Amazon product
pages, for example.
Tom Austin, a technology analyst at Gartner in Boston, says that the world's biggest technology companies are
racing to build similar vaults. "Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon and IBM are all building them, and
they're tackling these enormous problems that we would never even have thought of trying 10 years ago," he
says.
The potential of a machine system that has the whole of human knowledge at its fingertips is huge. One of the
first applications will be virtual personal assistants that go way beyond what Siri and Google Now are capable
of, says Austin.
"Before this decade is out, we will have a smart priority inbox that will find for us the 10 most important emails
we've received and handle the rest without us having to touch them," Austin says. Our virtual assistant will be
able to decide what matters and what doesn't.
Other agents will carry out the same process to watch over and guide our health, sorting through a knowledge
base of medical symptoms to find correlations with data in each person's health records. IBM's Watson is
already doing this for cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York.
Knowledge Vault promises to supercharge our interactions with machines, but it also comes with an increased
privacy risk. The Vault doesn't care if you are a person or a mountain – it is voraciously gathering every piece
of information it can find.
"Behind the scenes, Google doesn't only have public data," says Suchanek. It can also pull in information from
Gmail, Google+ and YouTube. "You and I are stored in the Knowledge Vault in the same way as Elvis
Presley," Suchanek says. Google disputes this, however. In an email to New Scientist, a company spokesperson
said, "The Knowledge Vault does not deal with personal information."
Google researcher Kevin Murphy and his colleagues will present a paper on Knowledge Vault at the
Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining in New York on 25 August.
As well as improving our interactions with computers, large stores of knowledge will be the fuel for augmented
reality, too. Once machines get the ability to recognise objects, Knowledge Vault could be the foundation of a
system that can provide anyone wearing a heads-up display with information about the landmarks, buildings
and businesses they are looking at in the real world. "Knowledge Vault adds local entities – politicians,
businesses. This is just the tip of the iceberg," Suchanek says.

Don't forget the oddities about the new pope etc. And also that the exploding star would be seen twice (second
witnessing) which happened indeed twice.
Keep in mind that there was a twitter hoax of a bomb at the white house and Obama injured on April 27.
Its very possible that the entity just saw headlines and could not differentiate what was true and what was a
twitter hoax etc.
It's also very possible in retrospect that the entity meant May 2015 but that was not even contemplated by the
Rubicon researchers. For me personally the closest we came to it being a Fuse Year was 2013.

damage to its statehood, the president said.

The robotic revolution that transformed warfare in the skies will soon extend to the deep sea, with underwater
spy "satellites," drone-launching pods on the ocean floor and unmanned ships hunting submarines.
Officials at the US military's research agency outlined new programs this week that include a number of
potentially groundbreaking technologies that could alter the way naval battles are fought, in the same way that
robotic aircraft have altered warfare on land and in the air.
One proposed system envisages robot pods on the ocean floor that would be activated when needed.
The pods could launch surveillance drones in the air or at sea or provide a communications link when American
forces are facing electronic jamming, said Jared Adams, spokesman for Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency (DARPA).
"The motivation is to enable timely deployment of unmanned distributed systems to distant locations by predeploying the assets years in advance and then triggering their release for rapid effects at future times of our
choosing," Adams told AFP.
The program has been dubbed "Upward Falling Payloads," or UPF. And officials said the robot pods floating to
the water's surface to release various payloads could perform some roles now carried out by submarines, which
are much more expensive to operate.
With America's technological edge shrinking, researchers are looking at how to create and build new weapons
quickly, instead of the drawn-out process that usually prevails at the Pentagon.
DARPA Deputy Director Steven Walker said the agency is "rethinking how we develop new military systems"
to be more agile and "cost-effective."
"Some of our systems today are extremely capable, the most capable in the world, but they are very complex,
they are costly. They take a long time to develop and field," he said.
The UPF program of undersea pods poses serious technological challenges, including how to trigger the
launchers, how to make them rise to the surface and how to secure a power supply deep under the ocean for
more than a year at a time, Walker said.
- Eyes in the water DARPA, known for breakthrough experiments over the years that helped create the Internet, stealth aircraft,
drones, "smart" bombs and micro-technologies, is also keen on some other maritime research.
One program envisages spying "eyes" on the ocean floor, including mobile and fixed systems, that would act as
satellites or "sub-ulites," allowing the US military to spot other countries' submarines.
Researchers with the Distributed Agile Submarine Hunting (DASH) expect the "sub-ulites" would have "a
detection envelope that's pretty broad," Walker said.

,threats ,this was in late January of this yr ,I would only see my son when I picked him up at school for lunch
when she later found out she took that away from me as well, I had to have my bail agreement changed just to
go to his graduation he finished grade 8 and now I've been charged with that as well, I havnt spoke to my son
since June 24 and that was for only a few seconds , we did everything together , now tomorrow I'm going to
face these new charges my heart is breaking for my son , I am trying to learn from all this ,attachment all of that
,it seems every day things are getting worse than they were the day before , I'm a positive person ,this test is just
very very hard , I have been meaning to confide in you all sooner , thank you for listening

Google has announced a massive reorganisation, with the search giant now becoming part of a bigger parent
company - Alphabet - and getting a new CEO. Sundar Pichai, long seen as the rising star within Google, will
become the company's new CEO, with founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin moving upstairs into Alphabet.
Alphabet Inc will become the umbrella company for Google and its various offshoots. These include Google X
(which looks after the self-driving cars, Google Glass and other blue sky projects), Nest (the smart thermostat
and smoke alarm maker) and Fiber (the company's fibre broadband network). Google itself will retain control of
YouTube and Android.
Current Google CEO Larry Page will now become CEO of the parent company, whilst his long-term partner
Brin assumes the role of Alphabet president. Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt becomes executive chairman of
the parent company.
In a blog post explaining the new structure, Page explains that it's designed to help Google's many other
ventures flourish outside of the search company. "We’ve long believed that over time companies tend to get
comfortable doing the same thing, just making incremental changes," Page writes. "But in the technology
industry, where revolutionary ideas drive the next big growth areas, you need to be a bit uncomfortable to stay
relevant."
"Fundamentally, we believe this allows us more management scale, as we can run things independently that
aren’t very related [to search]," he adds. "Alphabet is about businesses prospering through strong leaders and
independence. In general, our model is to have a strong CEO who runs each business, with Sergey and me in
service to them as needed."
