Ligare Flysims Private Limited
Simulator Trainings (H)
Keeping in mind the growing need and importance of training Ligare Flysims Private Limited has set up this simulator based
training facility in India. This vertical is expanding across the country in a phased manner with flight simulator facilities being
available.
With simulator training being an essential part of aviation regulatory procedures, our facilities installed here reduces costs
and downtime for pilots who intend to undertake these courses. We also plan to market these facilities in other Asian markets
and neighbouring countries as this would also prove cost-effective for them.
We are the only academy in India with the FNPT II system that replicates an AS350 BA ECUREUIL Helicopter and has been
qualified by JAA in Europe, FAA in the USA and CASA in Australia under visual and instrument flight conditions. The first
training centre/simulator approved by DGCA (India) in Mumbai for ELITE HELICOPTER FNPT II (Flight and Navigation and
Procedures Trainer).
The simulator has dual controls and replicated instrument panels for both captain and co-pilot. In addition to the engine and
flight instruments it incorporates ADI, HSI, RMI, Radar Altimeter. It also has a Mode C Transponder. VOR, DME, ADF and
Garmin 530 GPS complete the Navigation Suite. The Flight Director and Autopilot can be coupled to VOR or GPS in the
Navigation mode or to the ILS in the Approach mode. Realistic Weather Simulation allows control of visibility, clouds and
wind. Malfunctions and performance manipulation by the synthetic flight instructor accords tremendous training value.

Cockpit Voice Recorder and Digital Flight Data Recorder
Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) is used to record the audio environment in the flight deck of an aircraft for the purpose of
investigation of accidents and incidents.
Flight Data Recorder (FDR) is used for accident investigation, as well as for analyzing air safety issues, material degradation
and engine performance.
Both, CVR & DFDR are very extremely vital components of an aircraft. Data of these is required to be regularly downloaded &
analyzed at regular intervals specified by DGCA / Manufacturer, ensuring that part is functioning in an appropriate manner.
Reports of which are required to be submitted to DGCA as per their prescribed schedule.
LAEL has CVR / DFDR downloading & analysis facility ensuring parameter & audio recorded by them in required manner and
unit is functional.
