DMDB series heavy-duty mortise deadbolt is designed for use as a primary lock in areas
where latching is not required, or as an auxiliary lock. DMDB series mortise deadbolt provides
a clean architectural appearance and offers maximum safety and security.
• 2 3/4” (70 mm) backset
• 1/2 x 1” (12.7 x 25.4 mm) deadbolt
with 1” (25.4 mm) throw
• Optional mortise and CX5 High Security
cylinders available in standard & small
• Strike, faceplate and hardware included
format interchangeable core (SFIC) models
• Conforms to ANSI/BHMA A156.5, Grade 1
• cULus listed for 3 hour fire rating

DMDB SERIES MORTISE DEADBOLT
SPECIFICATIONS
All mortise deadbolts shall be DMDB series locksets. Locksets shall meet ANSI/BHMA A156.5 Grade 1 standards for auxiliary mortise locksets
and shall have a 1/2 x 1” (12.7 x 25.4 mm) deadbolt with a 1” (25.4 mm) throw. Locksets shall have a 3 hour cULus fire rating. Locksets shall
be supplied with all necessary mounting fasteners. OPTIONAL: All locksets shall have optionally available thumb-turn and/or mortise
cylinders or small format interchangeable core mortise cylinder.
