If you are seeking a Mallorcan farmhouse, villa Aposto is your house! Located in the Valley of Colonya, with
beautiful views of the famous mountain of Puig de Maria and just 2km from Golf Pollensa.
House consists of 2 floors, combining the traditional with the modern. On the ground floor there is a long living
room, comfortable sofas around the fireplace, satellite TV, stereo CD / DVD, a long dining table for 10 people.
Large kitchen with access to the pool, ideal for outdoor dining, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and a
table with 6 chairs.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
On the first floor a large gallery overlooking the living room and leads to four double bedrooms, all with air
conditioning. The master bedroom has an en suite and great views of pool.
In the garden, many shadows, areas for sunbathing and relaxing with wonderful views over the countryside of
Pollença to the Puig Maria mountain. There is a long pool with roman steps surrounded by curved terraces. There is
plenty of grass, fruit trees, palms, olive trees and Mediterranean flowers. A dining terrace covered by a vine right
next to the covered barbecue, fully equipped with garden and there is a bathroom with shower.
The village of Pollença is located just 2 minutes drive and only about 10 minutes to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa
and Cala San Vicente.
Villa Ca'n Apostol a beautiful house and relaxing for families and groups of friends.
Right next door is Finca Apostol Nou which has an occupancy 8, both can be rented together to occupy and large
groups of up to 18 people.
