The large variety of chair cross-bars with the upholstery width of 535 mm and 585 mm as well as the sofa
cross-rails offer enormous amount of flexibility. The
specific “click-system” enables the fast attachment of
the upholstered chassis onto the cross-rails. This customer friendly device simplifies the assembly and the
logistic.
The attractive collection of contemporary aluminum armrests
ensures the whole variety from one source. The FiorentinoDesign with the armrest Split and Flavio offers an
extravagant collection.
Specific swivel-adaptor with chair cross-bar for the upholstery of short armrests. This is for the upholstery width of
535 mm and with the release system: “LockFront”.

Backrest positioning
The manual release of gas-spring technology offers
perfect functionality and long lasting product satisfaction.
Whether the infinitely backrest positioning via body force
with the FreeGlider, the actuating via release button or
LockFront – all manual release systems guarantee a high
level of user friendliness.
- LockFront for lever and pull-strap release are available
for the upholstery width 535 and 585 mm.
- LockFront gas-springs are available in 500, 600 and 800 N.

lever into its original position.

Recline limitation
The application of spacers is possible
with all gas-springs.
The recline decrease from 142° to 130°
is reached by using three spacers.
By applying the synchro-kit, back and
footrest are moving at the same time –
synchronical.

A perfect assortment of motorized solutions is rounding
up the capability of KINTEC motion mechanisms. Aimed
at our customer applications the one and two-motorized
release systems meet all technical expectations.
For controlling the one and two motorized actuating systems there are
alternatively toggle built-in switches or hand-controls available. When
equipping with a KS Prolock-accumulator both circuitries come with
charging stations.
KS Prolock-accumulator
This accumulator only gets activated
by the red fuse and therefore is
permitted world wide without the
UL-certification.
