Apple Cartwheels
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
• 1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet
chocolate or carob chips
• 2 Tablespoons raisins
• 4 medium unpeeled apples, cored

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine peanut
butter and honey
2. Fold in chocolate chips and raisins
3. Fill centers of apples with peanut
butter mixture
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
5. Cut into 1/4” rings
6. Enjoy!
Yields about 2 dozen.
