do almost all day. Therefore the kitchen is
an important part of the interior design of a
house.
This kitchen was newly build in 2013. All
major electricity was renewed and an electric
boiler was fitted for the supply of hot water.
The method of cooking is induction.
Both kitchens are equipped with new ovens
and refrigerators.

This second kitchen is located with direct access to the pool
area and its spacious terraces.
The kitchen has a fire place and is fully equipped. Gas is
used for cooking.
It’s common use to pump up your own water. This house
offers you two deep wells. The well that pumps up the water
which is used inside the house is filtered and the quality is
perfect.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The villa is located just outside the village of São Miguel de Machede, in the municipal of Evora. The location is very impressive
in between the vineyards and olive orchards. The olive orchard that comes with the villa contains approximately 150 trees.
Furthermore you will find orange-, lemon- and fig trees. The villa has lots of privacy and has its own access road. Due to the
elevated location the views are beautiful. Besides a spacious pool the villa has several recently constructed terraces around the
house. The villa is “ready to move in”. The inventory is up for negotiation. Since it had been only used in the summer the inventory is
in an immaculate state.
The villa has two deep wells which will guarantee you water every month of the year. One well is being used to irrigate the garden
and the orchard. The other well is filtered and is used for the water supply of the pool and the house. The villa uses a septic tank for
sewerage.
When the new kitchen was fitted in 2013, all electric wiring was renewed. The cooking in this kitchen is induction, the other kitchen
uses gas for cooking. Both kitchens have all the necessary equipment like ovens and refrigerators. Ofcourse a dishwasher is
present.
PORTUGAL:
The climate in the Alentejo is ideal for the sun lovers. Starting in March the sun shines almost all day till November. Temperatures
are well above 30 degrees Celsius in July and august. Since there is always a nice breeze, temperatures don’t feel as high. Spring
and autumn are still very sunny but less hot. Also spring and autumn will provide you with the necessary rain. Rain falls in the
form of showers. It hardly never rains all day. During the winter there is still a lot of sunshine. But it rains more than in the other
months of the year. In January we are, shaded from the wind, able to have lunch outside in the sun.
Portuguese are very friendly. They do not discriminate and are very open to foreigners. The Alentejo as a region, is a rising star.
Which explains the large number of foreigners buying real estate here at the moment. The costs of living are 30 - 40% lower than
in North European countries. If you enjoy nice wines, this is certainly the region to be. Portuguese wines can compete without a
doubt with other wines, even the French ones. A regional specialty is the pata negra. This is ham from a black pig. Very tasteful!
Furthermore you might be astonished by the amount of marble which is mined in the area.
