Customer Spotlight: Blanton's Market
Every year, hundreds of people from across the
globe venture to Washington's Mt. Rainier. On their
way, many of them stop by Blanton's Market, in the
little town of Packwood. Last week, August 23-27,
those travelers to got to enjoy the store's summer
produce tent sale. Produce Manager Allison and her
team, spent the 4 days interacting with those from
the town and traveling the area.
Opened in 1977 by Harold Blanton, Sr. as a
mini-mart, the location quickly grew. In 1988, the
Blanton family expanded the mini-mart into a fullservice grocery store with nearly 8000 square feet
of space. Today, Harold's grandson Hal Blanton
owns Blanton's Market, which remains a staple in
the community.
Thank you to Hal, Allison, and the Blanton's team
for allowing us to be a part of your success!
