Company Background

ncorporated in 1985, DPS Micrographics Private Limited
was formed to address the needs of Document
Management, using micrographic and digital imaging
technologies. A part of the Calcutta headquartered DPS Group
of Companies, DPS Micrographics started operations as the
sole distributor in India for 3M Co. of USA, for their entire range
of micrographic equipment and supplies. Over the years the
Company has diversified, adding more products and solutions
to its portfolio and now represents com panies like Kodak,
Minolta, EyeCom, Houston Fearless, Extek, Bell & Howell,
Tandberg, NBS, etc..
software solutions to match each customer’s particular
requirements. This is perhaps DPS Micrographics’ main
advantage over most of its competitors who merely provide
software products developed by others.
In order to be able to provide a single point solution for all the
needs of it’s clients, the business model adopted by DPS
Micrographics was to not only provide equipment but to setup
facilities to provide document conversion services as well.
DPS Micrographics received the Arch of Europe Award in 1994
for "Excellence in Corporate Image and Quality".

Digital Photo ID:
Plastic photo identity cards are fast replacing the conventional cardboard laminated
cards. The plastic cards offer greater value in terms of aesthetics, durability and
security. In addition to distributing digital card printers we also offer comprehensive
card printing services for all kinds of applications . Applications include:

Engineering Support – Equipment Maintenance Services
We have a team of engineers stationed at Calcutta, Mumbai,

customer premises according to their geographically
assigned territories. Each region has a manager with
engineers reporting to them.
