Braco’s gaze touches people with peace,
silence and hope. Thousands of people
around the world have experienced
transformation in their lives. They cite

For over 18 years, this humble man from
Croatia has dedicated his life to helping
people improve their lives. In 2012 he was
awarded a prestigious Peace Pole for his work in helping people.
Scientists studying his gaze report that it takes place beyond the level of “energy
healing”. Numerous medical doctors have documented findings before and after their
patients met Braco’s gaze, reporting recoveries, even occasionally defying accepted
medical explanation.
Yet Braco makes no claims of being a healer and does not promise a cure to anyone.
Instead, he offers to share something he perceives around us and within us that can

20 years experience in creating extraordinary food. Kylie Meeks
is the founder of Conscious Craves, a raw, vegan, gluten free
food company based in Yallingup.
Be part of an engaging and hands-on workshop to learn
the alchemy of Raw Food Cuisine and all its tantalising
combinations. With each dish you help to prepare, you’ll be
inspired by the colours, presentation and new flavours, with
tastings as we go.
You will learn how to create Zucchini Beetroot pasta with
Pesto, Stuffed Mushrooms with a pistachio garnish, and Raw Sushi made with
fresh sprouts, avocados, tofu, sauerkraut, carrot and hemp seeds. Learn about
Molecular Gastronomy and how to make Vent de Betterave (Beetroot Mousse) a
quick, pink foam to decorate cakes, entrees etc, Raw Cake (Chocolate/Coconut or Lime) with a
focus on texture and colour, Apricot Mousse (a tasty, sugar-free dessert in 3-minutes), and Honey
Caviar. Participants will need to bring an apron to wear in this workshop.
