nourishing, calming and deeply relaxing.
Enliven your senses with an all over lemongrass and marigold organic body scrub to soften,
smooth and nourish the skin. (60 min option available with massage and oil application)
This wonderfully nurturing whole body massage is aimed at giving ‘Mum to Be’ a very
special experience, taking her into a completely relaxed world. Slow, smooth massage
techniques are used in this treatment to calm and alleviate any aches and pains using
100% organic oils help to prevent stretch marks. A fantastic treat for any Mum in their
second or third trimester.
BAMFORD BESPOKE FACIAL 60 mins, £70
A bespoke facial developed with Bamford skincare. Made out of holistic therapeutic
techniques to leave skin nourished and the mind relaxed and balanced. The facial begins
with a complete skincare consultation by one of our expert therapists. Embers of Palo
Santo wood purify the treatment room. We use our range of Bamford natural skincare and
concentrated elixirs to restore, rejuvenate and repair the skin.
Together with our dedication to traditional and therapeutic techniques the result is a truly
personalised treatment. We seek to release tension and promote a radiant complexion with
a marriage of facial reflexology, lymphatic drainage and stimulating lifting movements.
Holistic techniques using hot and cold jade stones and ancient yogic breathing achieve deep
relaxation and balance.
This treatment awakens and penetrates the muscles and energy channels of the body.
Opening with a cleansing foot bath followed by shiatsu, meridian and Swedish massage,

Reflexology to the feet helps to encourage the positive flow of energy throughout the body
and to detoxify the organs. Pressure point massage to the face, neck, shoulders and head is
deeply relaxing and uplifting.

BAMFORD FULL BODY EXFOLIATION 45 mins, £55
The whole body is lightly massaged with a warm blend of pure sea salt and brown sugar
suspended in rich oils and body butters. This loosens dry and dead skin cells and give way to
smooth new skin. The sugar polish is removed with a warm shower and the treatment finishes
with the application of our geranium body lotion.

sessions, group training and classes, including boxercise, TRX runs, high intensity circuit

17m heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, gym with Matrix
equipment and Kinesis wall, changing facilities, two treatment rooms, express manicure and
pedicure area, club room with pool table, Sky TV and drinks service.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Treatments, classes and personal training should be booked in advance to avoid
dissapointment. Please note, any treatments or personal training sessions cancelled within
one week of the booking date, will be chargeable for the full amount.
