V E G E TA R I A N F L A M M K U C H E N Ingredients for 4 people _ INGREDIENTS 250 g plain flour / 1 tsp salt / 100 ml water / 1 tbsp oil / 1 pot crème fraîche / 50 g grated cheese / 1 courgette / 1 red pepper / 100 g brown mushrooms / Mix flour with salt and oil. Gradually add the water. The dough should be firm and not sticky. Then allow the mass to rest for approx. 30 minutes. Salt and pepper Wash the courgette, pepper and mushrooms and then slice finely. Roll out the pastry flat, place on the baking tray and coat with crème fraîche. Then distribute the grated cheese and vegetables over it and season with salt and pepper. In a very hot oven bake the flammkuchen until the edge is lightly browned, this takes approx. 10 minutes.
