MOST LIKELY TO WIN THE STANLEY CUP
According to bleacherreport.com, the five teams
most likely to win the Stanley Cup Finals are the
Pittsburgh Penguins, St. Louis Blues, Los Angeles
Kings, Chicago Blackhawks, and the Boston
Bruins. If the Pittsburgh Penguins win the Stanley
Cup they will be taking home their fourth Stanley
Cup. The St. Louis Blues will be proud to take
home their first Stanley Cup if they win. As for the
Los Angeles Kings they would take home their
third Stanley Cup in four years. For the Chicago
Blackhawks’ situation with the Cup, their payment
will be a sixth Stanley Cup. However, if the Boston
Bruins manage to snag the cup, they will be
winning their seventh Stanley Cup. As if any of
these teams will make it to the finals, we have no
idea. All we know is that WE WANT THE
PENGUINS TO TAKE IT HOME!!!

COLLEGE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
Did you know that the college football
championship was on January 11? If you did then
you probably know who won. This game was Ohio
State Buckeyes vs. the Oregon Ducks. The Ohio
State Buckeyes destroyed the Ducks 42-20. In the
first quarter, the Buckeyes scored 14, while the
Ducks scored 7. In the second quarter, the Ducks
scored 3, while the Buckeyes scored 7. In the third
quarter, the Buckeyes scored 7, while the Ducks
scored 10. In the last quarter, the Buckeyes scored
14, while the Ducks scored 0. Overall, the
Buckeyes had 28 first downs, while the Ducks had
20 first downs. Overall, Ohio State had 538 yards,
while the Ducks had 465. Many people expected
the Ducks to win because they’re the number two
seed, while Ohio State was number 3 seed. Even
though the Ducks were better in passing, the
Buckeyes were better in running. This is how the
game went.

FITBIT FLEX
The Fitbit Flex is a great gadget that goes on wrist
and tracks your sleep, tracks how many steps you
walk, and other stuff like that. You can connect
your Fitbit to your phone or iPod by Bluetooth so
you can see how many steps and the other stuff.
Also, you can make goals so when you reach your
goal, it will vibrate and light up. The battery of it
last about five days and then charging the Fitbit
will take up to three hours. It is water resistant and
is very easy to use. At most places the Fitbit is
$100. The Fitbit makes fitness fun!

GOOGLE VS. BING
If you took the Google vs. Bing test, it would say that more people prefer
Bing than Google. But is this true?
Debate.org is a website where people express their opinion about different
things. According to a poll on it, 26% of people say yes, Bing is better than
Google, and 74% say no, Google is better.
According to another website, Nic Davies, a 17 year old student, prefers
Bing over Google because the ads are more relevant and the searches are
more related to the topic he searched. Yet another, Kevin Joyce of VR
Focus, only started to use Bing because it was default on his phone.
According to techradar.com,
Survey Monkey took a survey
about this topic. 641 took this
survey. And you know what? The
research taken of the surveyers’
opinions shows that people still
like Google more than Bing.
I think Google is better than Bing
not because it has a better search
engine (I believe they are the
same, pretty much), but because Google only compared its search engine
to itself. I don’t like that Bing is comparing itself to other search engines,
especially when you say you yourself are better than another search
engines, because then you have crossed the line between belief that you are
good to extreme vanity of yourself. It’s just like those mean Sprint ads with
the goat screaming and the bills cut in half.

SNOWSTORM JUNO
The record breaking storm,
Juno, pounded locations from
Long Island, to New England
with heavy snow. Several
locations in Connecticut,
Maine, Massachusetts, New
Hampshire, Long Island, and
Rhode Island, got over 2 feet
of snow! It happened on late
January 26th, to early
January 28th. At least 54
locations in 6 states
reported more than 30 inches
of snow. Three locations in
Massachusetts, there top
amount of snow was 36
inches. As you can see, the
snowstorm Juno, brought a
lot of snow!
- By Morgan Roupe and
Michelle Lin
Overall, I think that Bing is equal to Google. There’s no proof one is better
than the other, only opinions. And besides, the Google vs Bing test is on
bingiton.com, and MADE by Bing, so they would obviously make
themselves sound more preferred.
So next time you need to search something online, don’t believe or listen
to the debates about whether Bing or Google is better, or even if you don’t
use any of those 2: Just search. All of the engines are the same.

APPLE WATCH
It’s a well known fact. History repeats itself. And once again, Apple is poised to corner another market: wearable
technology. The weapon of choice? The Apple Watch.
Before the release of the original iPod in 2001, the digital player
market had no clear leader. No one had “found the recipe.” Within
a few years, the iPod was dominating sales in that market. How?
By studying its competitors, observing they did right and what
went wrong, Apple perfected its recipe, holding back until it could
deliver a product that would leave rivals in the dust.
Flash forward to 2014. The competitors in the wearables market
have yet to “find the recipe.” Samsung, Motorola, and Pebble
have produced viable products, but none have perfected the
recipe. As those companies floundered in their attempts, Apple
was sitting back, taking notes.
The “secret ingredient?” Customization. The Apple Watch will allow customers to personalize their watch with
three different collections, Watch, Watch Sport, and Watch Edition; a wide array of different bands, from simple
fluoroelastomer bands to leather to stainless steel; and a myriad of watch faces to display on the screen.
Additionally, these options will generate a large price spectrum, which will start at $350 and will only go up.
With its release slated for “Early 2015,” the Apple Watch will dominate the wearables market as its predecessor,
the iPod did a decade ago.

PLANTS VS. ZOMBIES GARDEN WARFARE REVIEW
Plants VS Zombies garden warfare is a fun, fast, and exciting game for everyone ten and up. In the game you can
play garden ops as the plants and defend a garden from zombies, like in the original pvz games. You could also
chose 1 of 8 multiplayer games such as welcome mat which I recommend you play first), team death mach,
garden s and grave yards (which is crazzzzzzy), the classic versions, sububadation, taco bandits, and vanquish
confirmed. I recommend this game to anybody with a ps3, ps4, xbox360, and xbox1. I have this game
my
self that I got it for my ps4. you can get this game for $19.99 as a starting price. The
con of this game are that is requires Internet to play it at all and I
can’t think of much more. This game is a game I play for all of
winter break and you might too. That my review on pvz g, w
hope it helped.
