FIRE RESISTANCE CERTIFICATION
UNI EN 1634-2 Ed. 2008
The galvanic plating on the surface
of our products known as Power
Chrome is guaranteed 10 years.
By the specifical depositing metal
composites, the finish assures
high perfomances under the various
stresses the product surface is
subject. The finish exceeded 1000
hours in the salt fog resistance
test in accordance with the ISO
9227 ASTMB117 DIN 50021
specifications.
The Power Chrome’s finishes are:
OC Power Chrome - bright brass
with chrome plating.
PCS Power Satin Chrome - satin
brass with chrome plating.
CCS Chrome & Power SatinChrome
- bright and satin brass with chrome
plating.
We welcome the new series of
finishes 3Q7. Chrome and nickel
finishes with a matt effect.
C3Q7 - semiopaque chrome plating.
N3Q7 - semiopaque nickel plating.
PVD - PVD INOX.
Metallic coating named PVD
(Physical Vapor Deposition).
Inoxidable, scratch-resistant and
wearproof, PVD maintains the
original colour unchanged over the
time.
PVD coating exceeded 1500
hours in the salt fog resistance
test in accordance with the ISO
9227 ASTMB117 DIN 50021
specifications.
PVD is guaranteed for 20 years (for
normal use conditions).
When cleaning this coating we
suggest to use a soft cloth moisted
with alcohol only.

The VIS system can be used with all
dnd by Martinelli® door handles
The standard dnd by Martinelli® door handles are assembled on 50mm diameter x 7mm thick roses, equipped with internal right
hand and left hand spring system. All the internal and external components of the spring system are constructed using Nylon®
PA6 (containing 30% Fibre glass). Even in conditions of high usage this material offers an excellent load capacity and is very
resistant to flexible and tensile mechanical stresses, ensuring high resistance to wear and friction.
Special wood screws featuring Panelvit FR technology are provided, which allow prevention against thread stripping. The spring
system has a central spindle guide, this is to assist the fitting process and to ensure the lever handles are located in the correct
position. The dnd handles on 50mm roses are supplied with wooden screws as standard (Bolt through fixing screws are available
on request). To ensure correct fixing of the brass cover-rose, secure by using the reference lip at the bottom of the spring system
and push on.

grandeur of constitutional monarchy and the principle of the bicameral parliamentary system, as envisaged in the
19th century, constructed through English architectural references to show the national character. The Palace of
Westminster continues to be the seat of Parliament.
The palace of Westminster includes approximately 1100 rooms, 100 staircases and 5km of corridors.
For the restoration of a part of the Building was chosen the door handle FLUò.

IMPRONTE D’ITALIA.
The INTAKE door handle has been conceived and designed for the museum, located in Modena and dedicated to
Enzo Ferrari and motor sports. The house where the Drake was born in 1898 is part of the museum complex. In front
of it, there is the new exhibition gallery, the famous Yellow Aluminium Bonnet, which surrounds this important
building without covering it, like a sort of open hand.

Intakes are mechanical apparatus that are anonymously and yet beautifully shaped by fluid-dynamic efficiency and
harmony. They restrain the transition of a fluid, symbolizing the sensual transition from exterior to the interior, from
solid, bright matter to impalpable void. INTAKE shifts the conventional door handle concept, where here the hand
gradually pervades the void, connects with the mass and gently discovers the opening mechanism.
