Application:
Determine your axle tube diameter and specify the appropriate part
number then locate the mounting kit for your vehicle. Ladder bars
come with two (2) 3/4 inch heim rod ends and four (4) 7/16 inch "U"
bolts.

Buy complete L&L kit - For ease of installation.
Body lift is helpful but not necessary.
Stock V6 Radiator in most cases gives adequate cooling.
Use Serpentine Drive System w/reverse rotation water pump.
Install stainless steel flex fan with minimum 1/2” to 1” fan to
radiator clearance.
Trucks with factory C-5 auto. transmission need a 4 valve
body, torque convertor and C-4 or C-5 302 bellhousing for
installation.
2WD vehicle can use C-4 automatic for best rersults.
Heater/evaporator box should be modified (6.5” x 7”) on
vehicles w/o body lift - necessary for passenger valve cover
clearance.
Recommended using 1981 or newer 302 engines.
Kit does not fit Ranger pickups with Rack & Pinion Steering.

Ordering
Please be sure to state make, model, year, cubic inch of engine and type of transmission with order.
Send money orders, postal orders or certified checks only. Personal checks accepted
but will be cleared before order is processed, which could be up to six weeks. Phone
orders accepted on Visa/MasterCard.
Texas residents add sales tax.
Foreign
Orders
All orders outside the U.S. must be paid in full. All shipping costs must be paid in full.
We will return any overpayment. This includes Canadian orders.
Returns
All sales final. We will not accept any return shipments without written authority. Any
merchandise ordered in error subject to 20% handling charge. Freight not refundable.
Special order items and sale items are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied
by our authorized return # and be freight prepaid. We will not accept return C.O.D. shipments. Please contact our customer service dept. for return information. No returns
after 30 days.
Shipping
All orders will be sent via UPS Parcel Service when possible and will require signature
unless otherwise instructed. Large orders will be shipped truck freight. Special Delivery
(Express) is available at additional cost. Please state with order if Special Delivery is
required. Special arrangements must be made to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Warranty
All items manufactured by L&L Products are warranted against defects in workmanship
and/or material. L&L Products should be notified of any defective and/or inoperative
item and items should be returned. ON OUR APPROVAL ONLY, for inspection.
Replacement or refund will be given for items found to be defective. We will not assume
any liability for items damaged due to incorrect installation and/or use. Items not manufactured by L&L Products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties.
Applications
Since engines swap are out of our control L&L Products will not guarantee all applications listed in this catalog. It is the buyers responsibility to follow proper procedures and
inform us, when ordering, if vehicles has any special modifications that may affect the
installation/use of our products.
