Established in 1992, SHARP EYE SURFBOARDS is filling a gap in the market with an unprecedented
commitment to consistency, quality, and customer service.
Since its beginning, founder MARCIO ZOUVI has had the vision of creating a company that would gain a
reputation not only for its excellency in quality, but also for the best customer service possible.
We partned only with the top suppliers in the market for the best materials and invest in experimenting and
testing new construction methods frequently, so our customers would have always what is the leading edge
in technology and surfboard construction.
DESIGN/TECHNOLOGY
SHARP EYE is the first in california to adopt the surfcad system to its production
line. As the most advanced system in the industry, surfcad utilizes state-of-the-art
software and computer numerical control machinery.
The software allows the shaper to create the entire design on screen. Rocker, outline,
rails, and concaves are all built according to the shaper’s concept. The machinery
pre-cuts blanks with incredible accuracy and resolution, leaving only the job of fine
tuning to the shaper. As the owner of both the software and machinery,
sharp eye has leaped to a complete in-house production, controlling all phases of
the production.
Every single surfboard made by us, either custom or stock, has an ID number, which
is stored digitally. This ID number offers the customer the unique advantage of
ordering the exact same board, or to add some changes to it, if desired. The system
offers enormous benefits and unlimited possibilities in surfboard design.

MANTA
New 2014 model. Created with the
concept of more volume, shorter
size = more fun. It has a progressive
rocker which allows modern surfing
and a full nose outline and a double
wing squash tail.
this board has tons of speed and

THE SOLE
This is our new 2013 small wave
design Created for the good times.
This design has a rocker that is as
flat as a sole fish. It has a deep
double concave vee throughout the
entire bottom and is equipped with
a 5 fin set up. The Sole will get you
into the waves easly and it will have
a smooth ride.

This design was introduced to allow
the surfer to tackle small surfing

This is for all of you disco lovers!
A disco model adjusted to handle
good haves. we kept a similar bottom configuration and rocker as the
disco with some minor changes to
increase the drive and control on

This is our most popular design.
created for small to medium surf. it
is a high performance small wave
board that allows you to surf like
your normal short board.the bottom
has the most amount of rocker than

on those small but fun days. it should
be order 4 to 6 inches smaller than
your regular short board.

MINI-FUN MF
Made to rip! This is not a retro
design. it was created for high performance small wave surfing. the
botom was updated to allow tighter
turns. it has a low entry rocker and
triple concave bottom.
The deck if flatt and the rails are full.
It can be order with five fins set up.

It has been one of the choices of
the top pros in the past. the sb-1’s
rocker will push performance surfing
to the highest level. it has a moderate nose entry with an exterme tail
rocker, subtle single concave and
low boxy rails. It performs incredibly
weel in good waves as well as average surf.

SB-10
It was designed from the old glider
model aiming for an advanced stronger surfer. The bottom is a deep single
concave with a low entry rocker and
low tail lift. It will fell stiff if you have
noodle legs but will be the fastest
board ever. The rails are full and the
outline is wider on the nose area.

SB-T TIPTON MODEL
This board was first created for the
tall, experienced surfer.
It has the most extreme rocker of
all shortboards and a very distinct
forward volume. The results are
incredible. It is fast and feels solid
underfoot.
We also tried it in smaller versions for
some of our team riders, and everyone was stoked.
SB-TS
This design was created using the
same rocker and foward foil as off
the sbt model. It has a deep single
concave. We changed the outline for
a more fuller version, similar than the
gl1. It has an incredible speed and
looseness.
You can ride as a normal shortboard
or order 2 to 4 inches shorter than a
normal board and ½ to 1 inch wider.

This is the first design of the “x”
series. The low nose entry rocker,

SB-XF
This high performance design is the
only one of our line to offer a flatt
bottom configuration. it has a low
entry rocker with a flat tail rocker
and a full forward foil.the result is an
extremely loose board that turns on
a dime and has lots of seep and projection. This design excells in windy
beach breaks.

SB-Z
New design created for all around
surf. This board has a more continuous rocker with a triple concave
combo. The deck is domed with
lower rails.
Speed and drive for maximum performance.
It comes with the same tail options
as the SB-1.
BIG GUY
Recommended size range: 6’6” –
8’0”
This is an extended version of our
shortboard.
Designed for the big guy who needs
the extra volume and width. It is an
excellent paddler and still rides like
a shortboard.
Suggested width is: 19 to 22 inches.
It is also available with the same tail
options as the SB-1.

GLIDER GL-1
The glider is one of our top all
around designs.
It has a wider 1980’s outline combined with a low entry rocker and
a triple concave bottom. Fast and
maneuverable for those small summer days. Should be ordered 2 to
4 inches shorter than your normal
board and ½ to 1 inch wider.

It was developed targeting large and
