STANDARD FONT: Iterlocking is the standard font for all engraved items, unless otherwise
noted in the catalog.
STANDARD NECKLACE LENGTH: Standard necklace length is 16”
STANDARD NECKLACE COLORS: For all cords, black is the standard if not
specified otherwise on order.
*MISSING INFO POLICY*: Orders with missing or inaccurate information is subject
to cancellation without notice. See item cancellation notice.
EXTRA ENGRAVING CHARGES: The charge for additional engraving is $4.00.
Anything other than 1 name, mono or date.
MOTHER’S BRACELETS: On the Mother’s pendant, 4 front discs are included in the
price. After the 4th disc, there is a $4.00 charge. Back engraving on these discs is an extra charge
of $4.00 per disc.
GREEK LETTERS: A $1.00 royalty fee per item applies to all Greek items.
LOGO/GRAPHIC ENGRAVING: There is a $2.00 graphic fee for all logo or graphic

ORNATE FONT: Single initial fonts are in 1-2 thread colors only. Can be used, alone for
a single initial above a name, or as the first letter of a name. Doodlebug is the font used with
ornate fonts. Please include the following to ensure correct selection of thread colors- i.e.
Flower dot-font, dot/flower- color, letter color= name will be same color as letter.
FOR ALL FONTS: If individual colors are not specified, the standard thread colors shown
in the catalog will be used.
GRAPHICS: Are $4.00 each, unless included in the item price. i.e. W48-G for duffle bag.
The letter G at the end of an item number indicates that a grapic is included in the price.

The first letter of the item number tells you the piece:

The piece is non-engravable if the item number begins with BN, PN,
EN, RN, NN, etc.
We employ various standards to ensure consistency and ease of
ordering. Please specify the desired options from those listed in our
catalog:
1. If no bracelet length is listed, we will send 7”
2. If no necklace length is listed, we will send 16”
3. For rings, be sure to list a size (half sizes not available),
otherwise orders will be delayed.
4. If no font or color is specified, we will use the standard shown
in the catalog or black.
5. For monograms, if a font is not specified, we will use
interlocking monogram.
6. For embroidered items, if no font or thread color is specified,
we will use the standard shown in the catalog.
