Welcome to the Shamrock Soiree 2012!
The Smoky Row Elementary Shamrock Soiree Committee welcomes you to the
Irsay Pavilion to enjoy our Irish themed basket auction, dinner and fundraiser!
Thank you for joining us as we celebrate our commitment to enhancing the
education for our Smoky Row children. We are very fortunate to have received
many generous contributions from Smoky Row families, staff and local
companies. The funds we raise tonight will go directly to our PTO budget to help
support our students and staff by sponsoring and providing enrichment
opportunities for special speakers, authors, fieldtrips, cultural programs,
playground improvements and many more benefits not covered by basic
funding. We welcome you to actively participate in this evening’s
activities…socialize, dine, dance and enjoy your evening! Your generous
donation will fuel the future for our children, and continue their success.

General Auction Policies
Smoky Row PTO has made its best effort to verify all items are genuine, but
makes no representations with respect thereto, and is not responsible for any
warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to items purchased at the
Shamrock Soirée. A successful bidder agrees to the forgoing and further
agrees to only look to the donor for the satisfaction of such warranties. We
thank you for supporting Smoky Row Elementary.
General Rules
The item for which you have been the successful bidder is donated. There will
be absolutely no exchanges or refunds unless specifically stated.
Failure for whatever cause to arrange for the trip, meal, party, etc. within the
time limit and according to the specified conditions imposes no obligation on
the donor or Smoky Row School PTO for refund.
All items of this auction are sold “as is”, “where is”. No warranties expressed
or implied.
All auction items must be removed Saturday evening. The PTO is not
responsible for any items left after this time.
Silent Auction Rules
Persons desiring to bid may do so as many times as they wish on each item by
writing their first and last name and new amount below the previous bidder
on the bid sheet. A valid bid consists of the bidder’s first and last name and
whole dollar amount. Winning bidders will be responsible for the payment for
each auction item.
All payments must be made in full at the check-out area. Payments may
be made by cash, check (payable to Smoky Row PTO **preferred method
of payment), Master Card, Visa and Discover. Checkouts will be
announced shortly following the close of the live auction.
