cheese farm near Volterra and
walk along the Balze (crags), the
famous erosion of the Mount
Volterra. The meeting point is
nearby the highway Fi-Pi-Li. The
road leading to the organic farm
crosses a beautiful territory made
of gentle hills, majestic example of
the Tuscan countryside, and the
guide will stop in some sights of
interest explaining the
characteristics of the

The visit will begin from the
dairy farm, here it will be
possible to experience the
processing and ageing of
excellent pecorino and cottage
cheeses. The visit to the dairy
farm is followed by a delicious
lunch-tasting made of
pecorino, cold meats, salads,

fondue, all produced in the
same farm. !
