PROCHEF 60cm DOUBLE OVENS
Whether you choose the 60cm design or the unique 70cm version you will find
more than enough cooking capacity in the main oven. Unlike other designs on the
market the Prochef under counter ovens make best use of the space available and
offer not only the ability to grill and bake at the same time but also a massive 70
litres of cooking capacity in the main oven (PDO2708). Thats big enough to cook
a 30 lb turkey, if you can find one!
PROCHEF 70cm DOUBLE OVENS
The main oven on our 60cm double oven is one of the largest available and can
comfortably cook a 20lb turkey. It utilises the Prochef fan cooking system and has 6
shelf positions, which are perfect for batch baking. The top oven is a four function
oven and has 26 litres of capacity. The stylish slim control panel means the grill
position is far higher than conventional built under ovens, making it easier to use
without having to stoop. The smaller second oven is ideal for cooking pudding or
warming plates.
The Prochef 70cm ovens are totally unique. They are the very first 70cm under counter
double ovens to be developed . They have been produced in response to numerous requests for
extra cooking capacity without using too much valuable kitchen space. The main oven is the
largest available at 70 litres and utilises the Prochef fan cooking system which is great for batch
baking or preparing those family Christmas lunches. The top oven is a four function oven and
has 33 litres of capacity. The stylish slim control panel means the grill position is far higher
than conventional under counter ovens, making it easier to use without having to stoop.

The Prochef 60cm built under oven and grill has been designed to use kitchen space
efficiently and offer a separate grill to enable baking and grilling at the same time
(this is not possible in most built under ovens)

PROCHEF FAN COOKING SYSTEM
This unique system uses a circular element
surrounding the fan at the rear of the oven. Foods
will cook more evenly, faster and more consistently,
reducing the mingling of flavours.
‘POWERVENT’ COOLING SYSTEM
The exterior of the oven and the oven door are cooled by a constant circulation of
air during cooking.
The double glass doors have a specially designed air pocket between the panels to
keep the front temperature low. The inner door has heat reflective glass which
directs the heat back into the oven.
SUSPENDED CAVITY SYSTEM
The oven is insulated from the outer casing using an air gap
and minimum contact points, which saves energy, reduces
heat loss and keeps the adjacent cabinets cool.
ANTI TILT SHELVES
This essential feature reduces the risk of tipping hot
food onto the user, using a clever safety stop.
A raised bar at the back of the shelf also stops pots
falling back into the oven
EASY TO CLEAN INTERIOR
The interior of the oven is smooth and rounded with no
overlaps to attract dirt or grease. Just a quick wipe is enough to
keep the oven base clean.
The door seals are easily removable so even hidden dirt can
be reached.
The inner doors are the most difficult parts to keep clean, so we have made them
removable- simply take them to the sink or dishwasher.
ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMER AND MINUTE MINDER
Ovens can be preset to switch on or off automatically.
A handy, audible minute minder is great for timing eggs
or ready meals
‘GASTRONORM’ SHELVES AND ACCESSORIES (PDO2708 only)
A revolution in the kitchen. These shelves and baking dishes are designed to fit
the oven shelf runners exactly. The professionals use these and, once you start,
you won’t want to stop.
Readily available in many shapes and materials,‘Gastronorm’ accessories will allow
you to personalise the inside of your oven to suit your cooking habits.
