which you can download and complete from www.visitsealife.com/manchester/seatrek before you
arrive at the attraction. Participants must be at least 8 years of age. Please make sure you arrive in
time for your dive. Prescription glasses and contact lenses are allowed. ** A fully written 'no' or 'yes'
is required for each question. If the answer is yes, it does not necessarily exclude you from Sea TREK
but you must have the form signed and stamped by a doctor before participation. Please email

Merlin's SEA LIFE Sanctuaries are the 'emergency services' of the marine world.
Their expert and dedicated staff are available round the clock to race to the rescue of
abandoned, stray and sickly seal pups around the often storm-lashed and inhospitable
coastline. Casualties receive intensive care in purpose-built hospitals, and are gradually
restored to full health and fitness ready to return to the wild.
