TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions shall override any terms and conditions set out by the buyer. No
goods will be supplied by the seller on any terms or conditions other than those set out herein
and by taking delivery of the goods, the buyer shall be deemed to agree to these terms and
conditions.
2. QUOTATIONS
All prices are subject to change without notice but if quoted such quotes shall stand for 30 days
unless stated otherwise in writing.
3. RETURNS / CLAIMS
Return of goods will only be accepted if the buyer notifies the seller in writing of its claim within
14 days of receipt of the goods.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
4. WARRANTY
Warranties if approved shall be limited to either:

Repair or replacement of goods concerned or the supply of equivalent goods

The payment of the cost of repairing or replacing the goods
Warranties will not be approved if:

Goods become defective due to misuse or neglect

Goods have been modified in any manner

Goods have been used for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
5. PAYMENT
Payment of goods purchased shall be made within 30 days of the date of Statement where upon
that transaction appeared.
If at any time monies are overdue and owing upon any invoice then outstanding, the whole
amount of all invoices then outstanding shall become immediately due and payable together with
any costs including legal costs and mercantile fees incurred by the seller in recovering amounts
outstanding.
6. LIEN
The buyer hereby acknowledges that the seller has a lien over all goods in its possession
belonging to the buyer to secure payment of any amounts outstanding from time to time.
7. TITLE OF GOODS
Title to all goods sold to the buyer shall remain with the seller and will not pass to the buyer until
such time as all payments are made in full for the goods.
Until goods are paid for in full the buyer shall hold the goods as a Trustee for the seller.
The buyer hereby agrees to deliver the goods to the seller upon demand and consents to the
seller to enter upon any premises to retake possession of the goods which remain unpaid.
8. SPECIAL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
Special prices or discounts may be available for volume orders. For these to apply, strict
adherence to our payment terms must occur otherwise all discounts become null and void and
current list prices will apply.
