+TRNSYS USERS’ DAY: April 5th, 2011
Organization
Our meeting will be organised by AIGUASOL (www.aiguasol.coop), under the framework of
the energy thinking days 2011 (http://aiguasol.coop/2011/01/energy-thinking-days/). There
will be a joint workshop with IEA Task 45 on large systems, also combined with a national
industry workshop on April 6th. There will be a TRNSYS day, focused on both Tasks technical
issues, on April 5th for those interested. Check the programme and registration form when
available for details on everything and register according to your possibilities.
Task 44 meeting is on April 7th and 8th.

Hotel Options
We have pre booked with nice special price in three hotels. The special price only UNTIL 14th
of February. Two of them very close to the city center where meeting and events will take
place, and another one in the Fórum area, closer to the sea in a new residential zone, 15
minutes by Metro or TRAM to the meeting. This thirth one, obviously, cheaper. As fourth
option, you can also book an apartment to share if you prefer.

Meeting fee
The meeting organization will be on charge of meeting rooms, cofee breaks, luch catering
and documentation. The related costs will be included in a fee you will have to pay just after
web registration. The amount of this fee is 150€. Those of you joining the dinner will have to
pay an extra fee of 40€. All fees will be invoiced asking for it at registration.

We will have a joint dinner on Thursday at 20:00. Please notify if you are joining at
registration form. We will have dinner in Restaurant Salamanca, a tipical sailors Restaurant
close to the sea, where you will taste nice fish rice different than paella...
