The 9th Annual
Harpswell Inn
Knitting Weekend
-- a knitting retreat
on the coast of Maine
March 12-15, 2015
For Beginners & Beyond…
Learn to knit, learn a new technique, or just use the time to work on your current project.
Arrive on Thursday, Friday or Saturday & spend the weekend or just come for a day!
Knitting will begin with an informal get-together from 7-9 pm on Thursday, March 12th. Knitting
time and instruction on Friday and Saturday. Take a field trip to the amazing Halcyon Yarn shop
in nearby Bath on Friday or Saturday afternoon or spend an afternoon exploring the beautiful
midcoast region. End the weekend with more knitting time on Sunday morning after a
scrumptious Harpswell Inn breakfast.
• Start a new project - perhaps one that you’ve been
hesitant to start on your own.
• Bring those projects that have been stashed in a bag
in a closet - that’s where mine are! We’ll provide the
incentive and assistance to finally finish those UFO’s!
• We’ll provide instruction, patterns & yarn for fun fair
isle style hats and will have an assortment of patterns for
socks, fingerless gloves, mittens, hats, scarves … Bring your
needles!
