The Hospital Club is unique
because it’s the only Club designed
specifically for the creative
industries; it is seven floors of
inspiration, collaboration and
provocation. Our building is a
space to think, work and play
and we like to host and produce
all types of events to reflect this
philosophy. We want to keep our
clients refreshed, stimulated and
inspired with our work.
Our award-winning Events team has
experience in pleasing a demanding and
ambitious client base who rarely want the
norm. 80% of our business is repeat business
and The Hospital Club Events Company
manages events both inside and outside of
the building. We can do everything for you;
from finding the venue, to providing the
catering, to overseeing the production of the
event itself. All you have to do is show up

music & TV production facilities.

on an event outside of the Club, look no
further than our external events team. We
pride ourselves on having the experience

is founded on a bespoke mix of creative
concepts, production talent and personal
service; we understand what you want and

event management and production

menu and book your entertainment.

know our client and their company,
so we can develop a thorough
understanding of how we can help
you achieve your objectives.
We are privileged to work with a host of
experts in their professional and creative
fields, including stage managers, lighting
designers, creative directors and stylists,
so can look after everything from the
design of your invitations to your guest
list. In addition, we’ll take care of any
operational, technical or production
management, down to all your security
and staffing requirements. In fact, there
isn’t anything we won’t do to make your
event a success.

Great Taste
Unlike many events companies, we
don’t just have food and beverage
offering on the side. Our heritage
as a members’ restaurant and bar
means we have a working professional
kitchen and resident chef who can
work with us to create your menu.
We bring together a passion for
food with creative culinary expertise
and most of the produce we use is
locally sourced and seasonal, so you
can be sure the food will be one of
the highlights of your event. We
can accommodate a range of tastes
and dietary requirements, drawing

inspiration from the contemporary
to the traditional, the rustic to the
regional. Every menu will be unique
to your event, and put together with
tender loving care.
We pride ourselves on our glamorous
Martini Lounge and extensive cocktail list
and our bar team will create delicious and
unique cocktails especially for your event.
We can also create a bespoke wine list for
you, along with several other drink options:
Fine wines, champagne, cocktails, fresh
juices – we like to mix it up for you and
your guests.

Events Inside the Building
The spaces in the Club are extremely
flexible and our team will be there
from the very start to get to know
you and your guests. Moreover,
the facilities in our building
mean we have an in-house team
of technicians who can produce
anything from live webcasts to small
video conferences; to full recordings
and sound design. The backing of
the members’ club allows us to draw
on our connections, whether it is
sourcing talent or highly specialist
design and production. Whether
it’s a small video conference, a large
product launch, a private dinner
or a glitzy celebration, we’ll bring
the same energy and passion and

The Forest Room
The Forest Room is our most
exclusive private dining room,
easily used in conjunction with the
Screening Room for drinks and
canapé receptions before or after
a screening. Flooded with natural
light, the Forest Room is perfect for
lunches, brainstorming sessions and
larger group meetings. Also great in
the evening for a dinner party, set
