Passport? Exact Handicap? Shirt Size? Vegetarian? Do
you join the sightseeing on Thursday evening? And a lot
more questions are asked the officials of each team by the
Accredition Team. Golf is a game but some administration
is necessary to ensure a smooth tournament.
Six people are sitting in the room „Zurich“ at the
Säntispark Hotel welcome the athletes. Sandwiches,
fruits, drinks (sorry – no beers) and the welcome bag
can be picked up. The whole task only takes a couple of
minutes. During that time the accredition team is running
in top form. After having received all the information, the
athletes are released and the game can start... Enjoy !!!
... and the Accredition Team is preparing to welcome the
next university team in St. Gallen.

Opening ceremony
The opening ceremony will take place on Tuesday,
15th September at 20.30 at the University of St. Gallen.
The ceremony will consist of the parade of teams,
anthems (EUSA and Swiss), welcome speeches and
performances of local artists.
Teams are asked to be smartly dressed in matching
team uniforms.
Please use our provided transports for travelling to
the University. Very limited (and expensive) parking
slots available at the University.
