LIGHTING CEREMONY
Join us at North Pole (Main) Plaza at 6:00 pm,
Friday, Nov. 27, for the glittering Christmas
Tree lighting ceremony. Mayor Mike Schultz
will flip the switch while the First Baptist Church
Celebration Choir sings, kicking off the holiday
season in style!
DICKENS VILLAGE/BAH HUMBUG
Enjoy musical entertainment each afternoon,
and then come back for fan favorite Bah
Humbug “A One-Man Christmas Carol” – there
will be three performances each evening.
Dickens Village will transport you to a place
where you can experience the unforgettable
Dickens era with food and Christmas vendors.
NORTH POLE PLAZA
Whether your music fancy runs to Christmas,
Swing, Funk, German or Country, North Pole
Plaza is the place to find it all! Get your groove
on Friday night to the award winning sounds of
Groove Knight, Austin’s premier Classic Party
Band! We’ll wrap up the festivities on Saturday
with Texas Music Award winner and Hill Country
favorite, Thomas Michael Riley!!
NORTH POLE PLAZA (CONT'D)
Your little ones will be able make new “vintage”
ornaments to decorate your tree or write a letter
to Santa! At the back of the Plaza check out the
petting zoo, trackless train ride, pony rides and
the ever popular snow slide! Home Depot will
also offer the opportunity to make a Christmas
craft! Activities for the young and young-at-heart
are here! North Pole Plaza will feature music all
day and into the evening. Come eat and shop
at the gift and food vendors here.
SANTA’S VILLAGE
Whether you want to have your picture taken
with Santa, make a bird seed Christmas
ornament, or buy goodies for your favorite
birdwatching friend, Santa’s Workshop is the
place to be! Vendors will be on hand roasting
kettle corn for your holiday munching pleasure.
RETURN OF THE SNOW SLIDE!
Back by popular demand! Come experience
the joy of sledding on our 60’ long Snow Slide!
Each evening you can zip down the slide on your
own or with friends and family!

The fun stretches from one end of Main Street to
the other! Don’t miss South Pole Plaza where you
will enjoy live music for the entire family while
the kiddos take part in fun games and crafting

Ice Sculpting shows here!

DON’T FORGET THE WEIHNACHTS PARADE
The holiday fun doesn’t stop in Boerne when
Dickens on Main is over! Held the first Saturday
in December (Dec 5th) the Weihnachts Parade is
a long standing Boerne Christmas tradition. Up to
100 lit, fun and festive floats will travel Main Street
for the parade’s 29th anniversary -- this year’s
parade theme is Christmas Stories.
