RULES
1.
Must be 18 years of age to purchase calendar and claim prizes. Cost per calendar is $25.00. A $50.00 fee will be
charged for any returned check.
2. Each information card must be completed by purchaser and returned at the time of purchase to be verified by the
Tri-County Firemen’s Sportsmen’s Raffle.
3. Winners may choose prize listed for the day they win. Or a Bass Pro Shops gift card in the amount of 90% of value
of prize. Or they may choose a cash prize in the amount of 75% of value of the prize. All prize values are based on
Bass Pro Shops Harrisburg, PA list price less 5% on guns, and 10% on all other prizes, as of August 8, 2012.
4. Cash prizes will be paid via check from Tri-County Firemen’s Sportsmen’s Raffle.
5. All other prizes or gift cards must be claimed by presenting a voucher issued by Tri-County Firemen’s Sportsmen’s
Raffle at Bass Pro Shops Harrisburg, PA. Winner is responsible for PA sales tax and any other additional cost of
prize.
6. Anyone that cannot receive prize due to Federal and State laws may choose the cash or gift card option listed above.
7. Tri-County Firemen’s Sportsmen’s Raffle will not be held responsible for any improper use of prizes.
8. All numbers are played straight and winning number is based on the Pennsylvania Lottery Big 4 Number evening
drawing. No bonus numbers.
9. All prize winners subject to Federal and State Background Checks and must pay FSSF fee to PA where applicable.
10. Winner notified by phone or email and will have 90 days from date of notification to claim prize. After 90 days
prize forfeits to Tri-County Firemen’s Sportsmen’s Raffle. Winners will be posted monthly on the web site
