Disabled comfort room
This purpose-built, non-smoking ‘Disabled comfort room’ is an accommodating 20-30m², with two
single box-spring beds placed together (with bed height of 50cm and length of 210cm). The entry
doorway has a width of 87cm and the bathroom doorway, 90cm. Bathroom adaptations include:
lavatory assistance bars (height 47cm), lowered sinks (at 60cm high), and removable shower chair.
The Disabled room also has a flatscreen television, a minibar and coffee and tea-making amenities.
Single rooms
The 22m2 ‘Single rooms’ have one double bed (140cm
wide, box-spring), a flatscreen satellite television,
minibar and modern bathrooms with shower. As well
as coffee and tea-making amenities, the Single rooms
include: a personal safe; desk; hair dryer; toilet
amenities; phone; radio; refrigerator; and personal
alarm clock.
Comfort rooms
The Post-Plaza non-smoking ‘Comfort rooms’ are between 22-25m² and have two single, box-spring
beds placed together. The rooms have a flatscreen satellite television, minibar, modern bathroom
with shower, and coffee and tea-making amenities. Additional Comfort room facilities include: a
personal safe; desk; hair dryer; toilet amenities; phone; radio; refrigerator; and personal alarm clock.
Deluxe rooms
The non-smoking, modern ‘Deluxe rooms’ are between 25-30m² and can have two single, box-spring
beds or one kingsize bed. Deluxe room amenities include: a flatscreen television; minibar; modern
and luxurious bathroom with shower; coffee and tea-making amenities; complimentary Wifi; and a
personal safe.
Superior rooms
The Post-Plaza non-smoking, luxurious and spacious
‘Superior rooms’ are between 30-37m² and have a kingsize bed. The in-room facilities include: a flatscreen
television; minibar; modern and luxurious bathroom with
shower; coffee and tea-making amenities; complimentary
Wifi; and a personal safe.

Master Suites
The characteristics of the Grand Hotel Post-Plaza buildings are richly embedded with history – this is

The ‘Gratama Suite’ is so-named after its former function,
