PNC TEAM NOTES
LAST TIME Vs. Judson
Judson University won their first CCAC game of the season in Indiana with a 97-73 win
and gave the Eagles a 10-9 record. Dewayne Robinson led the way with 20 points and
was followed by Josh Edward’s 19 points, Landon Skinner’s 13 points, and Josh Weber’s
10 points. Hugh Howard had 17 for Purdue-North Central.
Judson led from the beginning as Robinson started the game with a three-pointer. Judson
then pushed their lead to 33, 60-27, just two minutes into the second half, this was the
largest lead for Judson. Purdue-North Central did cut the lead to 23, 62-39, with 16:03 left
in the game but that is as close as they would come.
Judson finished shooting 53% and made 65% of their free throws while Purdue-North
Central shot 42%. Judson forced 18 turnovers and recorded 11 steals.

LAST TIME OUT
Gaining ground in the CCAC race for a championship, Judson University (14-10/5-2)
stunned Cardinal Stritch (15-6/6-1), 84-80, handing the Wolves their first CCAC loss of
the season. Cardinal Stritch was receiving votes in the latest NAIA Division II poll. Both
Landon Skinner and Dewayne Robinson turned in double-doubles to help Judson to
the upset win. With a 1:13 to go in the game, Cardinal Stritch was within three, 80-77,
but Judson went 4-of-6 from the foul line to seal the win. Robinson led Judson with 26
points and 10 rebounds as his freshman counterpart had 21 points and 10 rebounds.
Josh Weber finished just two points shy of his career-high with 14 points while Ben
Rayhorn added 11.

Tony Tompkins is in his first year
as the head coach. Last year,
he was associate head coach
as Jim Cook finished his last
season as the men’s coach.
Tompkins has 110 wins from five
years at Missouri Baptist. While
at MBU, he went to two NAIA
Division I National Tournaments,
won two regular season AMC
titles, and one AMC Tournament
title. He was selected the AMC
“Coach of the Year”, twice, and
had four NAIA All-Americans.
IN THE CCAC
Judson currently leads the CCAC in scoring
per game (86.7). They are second in 3-pt
field goal percentage (.344), free throw
percentage (.688), blocked shots (2.83),
and steals (8.63). Individually, Judson has
several players in the top 10 for different
categories in the CCAC.
