Summit
Brewing
Company
announces
the
release
of
their
Belgian
Style
Golden
Ale
–
the
strongest
beer
yet
to
come
out
of
the
brewery.
Created
by
brewer
Eric
Harper,
and
the
fourth
beer
of
Summit’s
limited
release
Unchained
Series,
this
robust
brew
combines
the
best
hops,
malts,
and
sugars
inspired
by
the
traditional
golden
ales
of
Belgium.
“Here’s
a
beer
that
goes
way
back,”
said
Mark
Stutrud,
Brewmaster
and
Founder
of
Summit
Brewing
Company.
“Eric
has
done
a
great
job
creating
a
flavor
profile
of
a
beer
the
Belgians
would
fight
over.”
Made
with
Belgian
Candi
Sugar,
Belgian
Style
Golden
Ale
is
a
strong,
fruity
ale
with
a
dry
effervescent
finish.
It’s
also
hopped
with
Czech
Saaz
and
Styrian
Goldings
to
yield
wonderful
spicy
and
floral
notes.

process
took
four
months
–
and
that’s
a
long
time
to
wait
for
beer,”
