BINDER FEE Tennessee livestock Producers, Inc. retains the authority to charge the buyer a $50.00 per head binder fee for each lot bought and to apply toward purchase of said lot, due upon request by Tennessee livestock Producers, Inc. Buyers present at sale may pay fee at dose of sale, others within 3 days of a sale date. A failure to pay the requested binder fee will be considered a default. SmLEMENT All sales are due and payable immediately upon weighing of livestock and receipt of invoice. It is further expressly intended, understood, and agreed that this is a cash transaction. TITLEAND UABIUTY 1. TItle and ownership of the cattle does not transfer to buyer, not withstanding delivery or possession, until purchase price is paid in full and funds collected 2. liability and loss of the cattte transfers to buyer at the time cattle are weighed or loaded onto truck whichever occurs first. ANIMAL DISEASE TRACEABIUTY LAWS Beginning Jan 1, 2015, AI/livestock moved out of state of origin must be accompanied by a Certificate of Health Inspection from an Accredited Veterinarian. It shall be the Buyers Responsibilty to furnish necessary information, at least 3 days prior to weigh up, to secure necessary Certificate. The sellers Responsibility will be to provide Certificate or information necessary to secure certificate from their Veterinarian.
