Work Experience Model
Funded by Jobs for Columbus Graduates Fund, the Work Experience Model supports and encourages activities that
strengthen the career potential of young adults who are Deaf or hard of hearing. Housed at Keepsake Theme Quilts, the
program offers hands-on experience where these young adults can develop skills and values necessary for successful
careers.
A new product line, including pillows and tote bags, has been developed that the young adults are helping to create from
start to finish.
