Two houses and an old garage were demolished in the specific area to make this possible. Paschen imported a significant amount of fill and graded the site to provide more park space. A new sewer line was also run to a location where a new bathroom building will be located. Electrical upgrades in the Village’s garage on-site were also included. The final task order included laying sod over the entire area when all construction was completed.
